                  Rude workers”

                  The male attendant was extremely rude the night we checked in.... He was short w us about our reservation online, about calling our reservation company.... he was also rude to us about sitting on a chair in the dining room and waiting in line. He asked us if we wanted him to delete our reservation just bc my friend asked him why he was being so rude.... so that made the attendant mad. He was already rude..... He should NOT be in business w the public

                  Thank you for your review. When you make online reservations, it is not always right away that the reservation shows up in our system. Sometimes it may take up to hours to pushed into our systems from the third party's system. During the time we are not able to check you in because we have no information about you in our system. Sometimes internet will give you pricing on the room but this is a trade off for that great price. Our lobby does not have any sitting areas and we do have our own reasons for the chairs being up on the tables and put away, so please understand, that is our policy. Happy travels
