Good Unit Block B2”
This is my 3rd time staying at Marina Court Condo in KK. But this unit is the best and perfect one with cheap price. Very clean, very much complete facilities and very easy to deal with the agent/owner. Good job Miss Sheera & team and thank you for the good unit and service given to us. Definitely will come again and please gibe us best rate and this best unit👍😊

Property with strategic location, but needs some improvements”
Overall, the property is located at the HEART of the city, plenty of public transport, all major shopping malls (old & new ones) are within walking distance. The unit that we stayed was B2-04-06 Some improvements needed inside the apartment: 1. Air-cond in the living room needs to be replaced (auto turned off) 2. Astro subscription needs to be renewed (get a free NJoi package) 3. A microwave oven (optional, hehehe) 4. Ample spoons (forks are plenty but only 2 big spoons & 1 coffee spoon) 5. Foot towels (we're told not to use the bath towel as foot towel) 6. Try to rid the ever lingering smell of cigarette smoke (I did requested a non-smoking room) The property do have large living space (very relaxing), good TVbox (kids just love those cartoon channels), own cooking stove & cooking hood (kitchen is separated in another room, with a door), newer air-cond unit are cold, 2 cleanly maintained toilets. Lastly, the staff (Ms Sharrah) was very courteous & helpful. Will come back again.

The check in process was smooth. However, when we got onto the apartment, the water services was not there ... no water on the tap and it took them two hours to get it back. The main bedroom bathroom was without hot water and have to take the shower on the share bathroom.

AIRCON AND NEIGHBOR PROBLEM”
ROOM D 6.6.6 VERY BAD. AIR-CON NOT COLD ON MASTER BEDROOM, TOILET WATER PRESSURE VERY LOW. AND ON OUR LAST NIGHT IN KK, A COMPLAIN HAS BEEN MADE FROM NEIGHBOR THAT AIRCON COMPRESSOR VERY NOISY. SECURITY GUARD KNOCK OUR DOOR AT 12 MIDNIGHT ASK ME TO TURN OFF THE AIRCON BECAUSE THERES A PROBLEM ON MASTERBEDROOM AIRCON. SO SAD. BUT ITS VERY NEAR TO SHOPPING MALL AND GOOD WALKING DISTANCE.

We thought the swimming pool is just below to the unit we were staying, but in facts it was in different unit/building (we need to walk to the building next to ours). And also this area is mixed with the tenants staying there, so when u park your car make sure the parking is designated by the hotels (and not park at tenant's car park). Location wise.. is good because is near to town. But if i were to choose, i will not book again cos with the price i think i can book somewhere else that is much better.

Please Maintain Your Facilities”
The gas stove exploded on the first day we arrived. Luckily no one was harm. But that is SERIOUSLY dangerous. AC on the living room ~ not working Sofa on the living room ~ broken Shower on the master room ~ the hanger for the shower head is broken Rooms ~ dusty WiFi ~ not working Is really disappointing that for such a convenience place, and costly apartment, the facilities aint properly taken care off.

Awful experience staying in this facility.”
Booked for 4 nights stay. First thing I realized, is that the air conditioning isn't cool/cold. Opened up and found out that the filter is full and stuffed with dust, indicating that it hasn't been maintained for quite some time. Took out the filter to clean it personally and saw that the air condition has iced up. Thinking that the stuffed filter might be the cause of it, I paid no mind. In summary, WORSE 2 nights to rest together with my kids. Environment isn't properly clean and maintained as well looking at the thick dust collected on top of the power socket. Shower head is broken, "sofa" was broken as well as my father almost hurt himself when we just checked in and he wanted to seat on it. Lighter given to light the gas is broken as well. The hallway towards the lift smells. All in all, a very disappointing, expensive place to stay with a family. Pictures shown of the facility when browsing for a place to stay is misleading as well, comparing to the actual place.

Worst Stay Ever-Staff Meet Up Not Punctual, 1 hour 15 mins late! ”
Not happy with the staff that made us waited for her for 1 hour 15 mins, originally agreed to meet at 3pm, but she showed up at 4.15pm, and that was just traveling from IMAGO to Marina Court Apartment, a very very short distance! And she showed up late unapologetically and told us if she can fly to meet us, she will fly, really want to vomit after listening to her and looking at her attitude! Another issue was that one of the toilet couldn't flush properly, we have to manually flush our big business. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY AT KK MARINA COURT ANYMORE, THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE TURN OFF!

Acceptable”
The fan at hall was very dusty and the second room smelled dead (myb lizard or rat). The lamp at third room not functioning well. The person I contacted just put the key in mail box, i checked in and parked by myself without help, bc he said i need to wait 30 minutes (he is at Imago). And i had paid RM50 to the security for extra one parking lot at Marina Court even though I mentioned my special request when i booked the homestay.

A SuperB Services Suites and Pleasure stay”
It's an awesome stay in KK Marina Court Resort Vacation Condos, the condo is quite big and we are staying with 6 pax, having all the accessories and they are also provided kitchen for cooking. The rooms are quite cleanliness, but the toilet might need to get a little big improvements. They also provided one free parking for us to park in the basement, extra parking also available but charges is apply.
