"this establisment is actualy an apartment, located near rungkut industry, one of the main industrial estate in surabaya. the room is spacious with enough equipment to stay in. altough they prepare the stove at the kitchen, however they dont equip with proper equipment to use them. meaning, if you're staying there for business occasion, it would be great, definately you will eat outside. but dont worry, there are several restaurant, yet mostly tradidional for you to have your food, and the food court at the 2nd floor. just to add the facility, they have a swimming pool. but, please acknowlede, they dont have wifi and cable tv."
