best value in chiang khan if you dont mind using a shared toilet/shower and can sleep with no A/C”
We stayed for 300 baht for 1 night. Great value and highly recommended. Caveat is no A/C, so its hot during the late morning to evening, which is when we were out exploring anyways. Second caveat is the room on the 2nd floor is quite far away from the toilet/shower which is located near restaurant, 50 meters away in another building, so late night trips to the toilet maybe a hassle. However, the owners were very friendly and English speaking and very helpful. Not only is the couple an Agoda host, but he is a cook and she is a guide! So if you have questions on where to go and what to do, they will suggest and point you in the right direction. The location which is 1 block away from walking street soi 13 is perfect because the room is so far away that when sleeping we didnt hear a voice, a cricket, a motorbike, just blissful silence. If we wanted closer we would have to stay on walking street and that would be loud. 1 block away is a great compromise. great low budget/location option!

徒歩圏内でウォーキングストリートや裏手にある市場へ行くことができます。自転車の無料貸し出しに水2本と石鹸にバスタオルとアメニティも無料でした。オーナー夫妻もとても親切です。ただ、クーラーがないので昼間は結構暑かったです。

久々に良い宿に泊まった！”
ここの宿には質素で綺麗な部屋が２つあり、石鹸、バスタオル、蚊帳、ミネラルウォーターが用意されていました。 安すぎて正直半信半疑で宿に向かいましたが、値段以上のサービスでした。 小さいが中庭もあり、くつろぐ事ができました。 レストランも併設されていて、これがまた何と 安くて旨い！普通安いとそれなりのクオリティですけど、 具材が沢山入っていて、ハーブもしっかり利いているし、 35から50バーツ位の料理も沢山ありました。 2019年１月現在、店を初めてまだ一年ほどらしいですが、 店内も明るく、とても綺麗です。 是非皆さんこちらの宿へ安心して泊まりに来て下さい。 P.s 綺麗な共同トイレとホットシャワーがあります。 部屋は屋根や壁が薄く、昼間は暑いです。 日中は散歩か中庭をお薦めします。

大きなゲストハウスでは出来ない体験になります。”
ここは本当に良い位置にあります。町が小さいので、無料の自転車を借りなくても散歩してたら何処にでもいけます。自転車は爽快です。レストラン付属の小さい宿ですが、定員が少ないので凄く広々としています。中庭は隣りの猫の遊び場です。ゲストには中々慣れないです。情報不足で来ても大丈夫です。日本語版地図を書き残しておきましたので活用してください。のんびりしようと来たのに、３泊では足りませんでした。また来ると思います。ぜひ泊まってください。得難い宿ですよ。

ห้องพักเป็นเสื่อนอนน่ารักมากครับ กลางคืนลมเย็นสบาย สำคัญที่สุดคือเจ้าของบ้าน(พี่กรกับพี่ปุ๊ก)น่ารักมาก อัธยาศัยดีมากเลยครับ ส่วนที่พักก็อยู่ทำเลดี หาง่าย ใกล้ถนนคนเดิน ใกล้เซเว่น ราคาประหยัด ถ้ามีโอกาสมาเชียงคานจะต้องกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนครับ
