I was there over winter and the whole place is comfortably warm and toasty! The room is nice and staff are always friendly and accommodating. Moreover, it’s a stone’s throw away from restaurants, supermarkets and town. Highly recommended!

There was thick mould around top of bath. this is unacceptable. A small amount of bleach sprayed on this would have got rid of it and made it look so much nicer. On the door of the front wing it had a sign stating block was under refurbishment but no sign of this and nearly all the rooms in this block were being used so cant see what the sign was for. Food was excellent as was the dining room service. Room was very clean and comfortable. Just the bathroom.

The biggest studio I have ever stayed in! So much space! We had the deluxe studio with the massive amount of space available I think having a sofa would’ve have made this even better! The bed was nice, big and comfortable! Will definitely be back

stayed in hotel section -ground floor handy to facilities but floor carpet in hall needs streaching to avoid ripples that could be dangerous if you caught one as you walked down hall

Room on top floor facing traffic was noisy until traffic quietened down. Beds were comfortable and blackout curtains were appreciated. Balcony looked down on entrance/car park of a liquor store. Carpet old and stained. Cleaners need to do a better job as cobwebs on wall, and there was an illegal substance left behind in a container (by a previous guest I assume). I disposed of as it I had children with me and did not want them seeing it. During the night switched the bar fridge off as it was too noisy. Kids loved the swimming pool as it was a really hot day but it pays to know that it isn’t heated so it is very cold. Buffet breakfast was the bare essentials but it was adequate. Staff were pleasant. I would not stay here again due to overpriced/cleanliness

location is close to grocery store. Room was clean, no hairdryer or Sky TV but suitable for our needs. Pool is a bonus for families.

The f irst unit I wouldnt sleep in - looked like the bed hadn't been changed or someone slept on it - reception gave us what they said was a superior room - sheets thin and nasty- carpet so dirty and worn - reception was very nice - the restaurant was amazing - the food was devine shame the units let the place down - room smelt old had a odor!!!!!!
