This surely will be my hotel for my next stay, we had standard with no window. It was really cosy, clean. Even our room has only one light, its not cramped. Toiletries are provided. Except the slippers not provided) which i will bring my own next time) close to markets. Fast wifi. I love it ! Recommended !

the location was great. we book a family room. really suitable to stay with kids. large bathroom with water sprayer. good water preasure. the only thing is parking wise. hotel do not provide any parking for its guest so it would be hassle to find parking near to the hotel. need to buy parking coupon from the orange convenience storr nearby. and dont forget to scratch the parking coupon to avoid fined from the parking lady. overall, would like to stay again someday.. thanks!

Almost everything is provided except slippers. We were transferred because we were assigned at a room booked by another person. However, they have provided immediately our room and allowed us to take our time to transfer. The staffs are very accommodating. The hotel is clean. Overall, our stay is amazing.

Value for money but bad guests”
This is a clean (although a bit older) hotel with many amenities and the price is excellent considering all that is included. The staff were also very pleasant and responsive. The only problems had to do with other guests at the hotel. We were woken up at 4am because cigarette smoke was filling our room and we could not breathe. Unlike many hotels this hotel still uses a central air conditioning system so air from other rooms flows throughout. This would be fine if other guests would have followed the rules and not brought in Durian or smoked in the rooms. This was the only hotel that did not ask for a deposit, so perhaps this signals to guests that rules don't need to be taken seriously. Also, the side of the building is covered with a sound barrier which keeps out street noise but also obstructs the view and collects cigarette butts left by nasty guests. We were also woken up very early by a Korean family screaming in the hallway and hitting each other (bad luck I guess).

They got a copy of my receipt transaction so sa tggl ambil kad bilik dan tidur. Room condition clean and clear mmg mantap bah. yg penting tebalik dan sampai d sabah hahaha

I went to Kinabalu Daya Hotel for my early morning flight at 6 am. I booked a taxi at 4 am. The management called the driver to be at lobby on time. Very nice arrangement.

pros☞ nearby got a lot of famous local food stall, walking distance to Gaya street , filipino market, suria sabah, jeselton jetty, durian street, easy to get grab car, water pressure in hotel is good enough, friendly staff. cons☞ car parking is limited overall is very.good, strategic location and sure will choose back this hotel when i visit KK again

The first room we checked in was not so good. Overall everything was great. I would give more than 5star for staff Ms.Nadia(front desk) a very pleasant and helpful staff, she made sure we moved to a better room which really made our stay a pleasant one.

Its a hotel to stay only. No meals, however, not to worry.. since its in city center, there a lots of shops around for food. Near the river front. Good choice as there is also 24 hours laundry nearby. People are friendly and helpful too.

Ant Attack !”
As usual and been stayed this hotel more than 6 years now. still loyal to them. this trip is my first time found out that the room got ant. Be it on the table or toilet. But i can lt take it when the ant crawled on tha bed and my body. so decided to ask the hotel staff to change the room. without any hesitation they change new room to me...VERY GOOD SERVICE as always ! a little comment to improve. i found out that new room do not have the coffee table and chair. last time used to have. if u add on this will he the best ! thanks bahosi hotel !

An old hotel but with a great service. Nadiah is both funny and friendly. All of the staff was helpful. Gaya street Sunday market is a 1-2 minutes walk, Filipino market is 5 minutes walk.

Near to town & all the pasars”
The place is very near to the jetty, pasars, Anjung Senja, 7E, KFC, Burger King etc, however no parking spot for us so we need to go around the area and find one.

My Favorite Go-To Hotel in KK”
I have stayed in some other hotels before but ever since my first time at Kinabalu Daya, it has always been my favorite go-to-stay every time I’m in KK. It’s affordable, clean, all staff greets you warmly, superb location - walking distance to many eateries, malls, attractions and the famous Gaya Sunday Street Market. The only cons I could find are there’s no gym (hehe cardio junkie) and parking can be quite hard. If you drive, don’t forget to put parking coupons on your dashboard. The MPKK are very very active here. I would recommend this hotel to single, couple or business travelers. Not suitable for family with small kids.
