Lovely rooms, I stayed here 6 month earlier on my own so I booked again with my family. Wonderful staff but not quite right with a young son, difficult walking through their massage area to walk up the stairs to your room.

You need to pass the spa section. Every time they will persuade you to do massage. The stairs is quite high. Easy access to halal food and ben thant market

Not suitable for those people who got knee problems. Have to climb stair. No lift and got to pass through spa working area where every time you go down, spa staff will persuade you to do massage.

STAFF AND ROOM”
My second stay at KIM Spa in 3 months. They have not enough staff to cater for your need. The water cut off in my room on third day stay and they never refill the condiments in my room even though i stayed for 4 days. You have to request for everything even to have towels changed and to clean rubbish. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Others is OK.

The place is located at shopping area very near to Benh Than and Saigon Square. Abandon of Halal Restaurant. Only that the aircond is not cold and the door of wardrobe about to fell off. Bed is a little bit hard mattresses. Others just perfect for shoperholic.

Leak in the bathroom ceiling”
2 spot leak in the bathroom ceiling. Kinda gross when water drop on your skin. Mattresses really hard like sleeping on plywood. Overall is ok. The cheapest i can get along Nguyen an ninh / Kg Melayu road ~RM126/night (inc.tax). Staff is very friendly and helpful. can pass to them to do the laundry, 20k dong / kg

the location hotel so strategic. the staff very kind and they have wrapping bag service. but unfortunately they dont have weight scale for weight bag us before we fly. overall good service and good for money

The location is very convenient for food and shopping, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff there are friendly and polite. The only thing not perfect is that this apartment do not have a lift, we have to carry our luggage up to third floor which is quite hectic. Toilet at 2nd floor is old and some furniture is in wear and tear condition. Overall, it is still worth the value as compared to some hotels in district one. Do not expect too high as what we paid is also not too high. If what we received is reasonable, do happily excepted it with contentedness.
