Excellent service, good location”

we arrived in saigon at past 2 in the morning and they were kind enough to wait for us. my mother wanted to buy vietnamese coffee and the crew helped us where to get them (said it's expensive in ben thanh). they asked one of their crew to come along with my mother and sister. it is actually my second time to stay at kim khoi. my sister wanted an additional cheese for her bread. they charge it at 5,000 vnd, the same price it is sold outside. one girl (at the reception) told us that the owner of the hotel doesn't want to charge clients higher than they are supposed to. another bonus is that a travel agency is just downstairs. as i said, it's my second time at kim khoi. it definitely won't be the last. it feels like my second family and second home to me.

this hotel is close to many places around ho chi minh city, it is very convenient to get to. the hotel staff is so very friendly and helpful. the price was of the room was affordable. i would return to the same hotel next time i visit ho chi minh city, vietnam

Acceptable hotel with good staffs.”

We got an accident during traveling to Dalat by a bus. After returning to Ho Chi Minh city, we stayed at Kim Khou hotel. It is a nice hotel, smalll but in the good conditions. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

Excellent hotel for the price........!”

We enjoyed our stay at the Kim Khoi hotel. My wife had her bag snatched when we were out and the hotel staff were very helpful. The keys to my wife's suitcase was in her stolen bag and the hotel staff helped us break the lock so we could get into her suitcase. The rooms are good for the price, and the breakfast is adequate. We stayed at the Kim Khoi twice, and on our second visit, I had inadvertently booked online for the following night by mistake. The staff were very obliging and changed our booking. We would definitely stay at Kim Khoi again.

My wife and I stayed at the Kim Khoi on 2 occasions during our holiday in Vietnam. I would definitely recommend this family run hotel. Location is great, close to the Ben Thanh markets, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Room was clean and spacious for 2 people.

Great location so easy to find the hotel so all staff helpful and friendly . It was made us feel stay at home and then wifi it's so good any area also everyone don't worry to buy local tour because ground floor of here is Vietsea tourist ,the popular agency of tour at Ho Chi Minh.

I like Kim Khoi hotel, because location is near travel, food etc The hotel is cleaness and familiar, My daughter is cancel for the room because she is sick, so She refund the rooms with no many problem.The room is ok, simple and clean.. Good points 1.The hotel is close to Ben Thanh Market (5-10 minutes walk) and bus stops. It is convenient to go around the city. 2.The staffs are helpful and friendly. I got a hotel room upgrade without any charge because the room type I had booked was full. 3.Eventhough the hotel is small, there is a elevator. It is good for a traveler with a big luggage. Unsatisfied points 1.The breakfast is not enough for me. I needed to buy something else to fill my stomach. 2.The room (superior type) is clean, but the devices and furniture are out of date. The bathroom door bolt is broken.

Kim Khoi Hotel has very professional, service mind and supportive staffs. Staffs are very good at English. They can help and explain travel place and transportation clearly. This hotel is place near park and bus station. You can go to the tourist attractions easily. The 1st floor of this hotel is the travel agency which made you comfortable if you want to get in the bus to visit the other city or use the tour program. The only one thing need to approve is the hygiene of the bed stuff.

An Amazing Hotel”

Stayed at hotel 3 times over a two week period. Nothing was to much trouble for the more than friendly staff.. A well run family hotel that oozes great hospitality.. Its not 5 star but at the price its great value for the money. Breakfast a bit tame though, not much to choose from and you eat in the lobby as there is no dining room. Rooms are comfortable more than adequate bathroom facilites. Very close to tourist area and many places to eat. About 10 minute walk to the markets but a nice walk through the park.

The hotel located at central of district 1 HCMC. You can come by bus No.109 from the airport (20K dong). The room is OK value for money. Staff were friendly and help us for information.

i have only good things to say about this hotel. we were treated very nice by the staff the room was nice , cleaned everyday sheets and pillow cases changed everyday. felt very compfortable staff was nice and we enjoyed chattng with them at breakfast which also was very good . walking distance to everything. we saw many hotels in the area this was by far the best. booked all of our tours down stairs. was quite an enjoyable stay. great for familys and couples. not alot of noise and no strangers wandering around the hotel late at night. they run a first class hotel one of the best i have stayed in se asia.... oh wifi works great too and is free.

The staff are AWESOME. the rooftop restaurant is a great little breakfast nook, and the built-in travel agency down below can book you any trip anywhere in the area of Saigon. The owner and staff will bend over backwards to take care of you. The room is very clean. The shower is very good. The bed is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is second to none. It is quiet and within easy walking distance of most major attractions. Like I said, it's anything but fancy, but it's clean efficient and the staff are so friendly. Whenever we organized any tours or trips, the buses would come and pick us up right at the front door. They always had that bottles of water ready to purchase very cheap, soda, and there's a Shoppers Drug Mart right next door for all the little things that you need like toothpaste shampoo and toiletries. It is a perfect little hotel in a perfect little location with a perfect staff.

Good location, beside a park. The room was clean and tidy. The streetnoice could't heard to the room. Staff was very polite, helpfull and pleasant. Launryservice is quick and good. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport by bus number 152. Location is near the Ben Thanh busstation and nightmarket. Around the hotel is a lot of nightlife. Worth the money.
