Khunpa hotel is located just next to Lamai tesco lotus, short distance to lamai beach. The hotel is new and absolutely clean. The room is spacious with a king size, comfy bed and a sofa bed, with a separate space leading to bathroom. The best part being the staff is very accomodating, letting us to leave our luggage there during our checkout and when we return on the next day for re-check in, they have nicely placed our luggage in our room! Definitely worth to stay if u r visiting koh samui

always come back. only slight problem is location 20 min walk to beach, other than that, excellent value, well equipped boutique lodgings. no room service or "breakfast" either but still very very good..

No late check in, no hotel transfer and no breakfast provided ”

Arranged hotel transfer and late check in, no hotel transfer came. Got to the apartments by cab, no one to check us in, no keys left. Called number on chalk board, lady didn't understand we want to check in and need keys. Waited outside just over an hour before owner showed up and let us in. Breakfast was included in room booking, unfortunately no breakfast was provided and no faculties to make even toast. Cleaning services was great.

At booking the price were "todays smart deal". From 4000thb to 1000thb. We thought that we booked a hotel by the 4000baht standard but it only cost 1000baht always. The reception doesnt speak any english. The location is not good if you want to enjoy Koh Samui rather go to Crystal beach. If you rent scooter the accomondstion works if you just gonna sleap

The one and onely lady working there told me that cause I stay only 4 nights they will not clean my room at all. She speaks not english, but message was clear. They have no breakfast room or bar and that same lady serves breakfast to the rooms 9 am. Breakfast is one and half toast + one fried egg + small class of orange juice + ketchup. No coffee, no water, no butter, no marmalade... after my first breakfast I did not want it again. Hotel is also not safe cause reception is often empty and outdoor is all the night open. Funny detail is that entrance to the room's toalet is thrue terrace or balcony and opposite living people see all what you do. So better but clothes on before going to the shower. Not a single one customer will return to this so called 3 star hotel.

Positif : chambre spacieuse, commerces proches Négatif : Linge de lit pas changé entre chaque client (draps sales , taie d’oreiller sent mauvais, couette dans le même état, sans housse : j’ai dormi habillée), frigo dans un état de saleté lamentable (le givre du freezer est de couleur marronatre), sanitaires sur le balcon qui donne sur un lieu de passage (bonjour l’intimité), l’hôtesse à qui j’ai demandé un taxi s’est contenté de me tendre un bout de papier sur lequel figuraient 2 tel en me disant « you call » soit « vous appelez » (vous-même, débrouillez vous) !!! J’ai dû insister pour qu’elle appelle le taxi qui au demeurant ne parle que le thailandais (ce qui n’est évidemment pas mon cas). Le descriptif Agoda mentionne pourtant « Service Taxi » ... En somme trop cher pour un hôtel moins propre que le formule 1 pour ceux qui connaissent !!! L’hôtel n’a rien à voir avec les photos ! Bref allez ailleurs !

ห้องนอน ห้องน้ำสะอาด อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าสภาพดี เจ้าของที่พักใจดี Service mind มาก แต่พนักงาน ... และติดกะโลตัสสมุย โดยรวมโอเคเหมาะสมกะราคา แต่ผู้เข้าพักบางคนปิดประตูห้องเสียงดังมาก บ่อยครั้ง แบบสะดุ้งตื่นอ่ะ ไปพัก 4 คืน ไฟดับไป 2 ครั้ง ต้องออกมานั่งตากลมข้างนอก พนักงานต้อนรับถามอะไรตอบแบบกลางๆ ไม่พยายามช่วยเหลือหรือหาข้อมูลให้ เช่น พระอาทิตย์ตก ควรจะไปดูตรงไหนดี นางตอบไม่รุ้เหมือนกันค่ะ หรือ จะไปท่าเรือราชาเฟอรี่ มีแบบไม่ต้องเหมา Taxi มั้ย เพราะมันแพง นางตอบไม่มีค่ะ ซึ่งเราเดินออกมาเรียกรถสองแถวรอบเกาะถูกกว่าตั้งเยอะ ... นางจะตอบแค่ ไม่มี ไม่ได้ ไม่รู้เหมือนกัน คือเราก้อไปเที่ยว และไม่รู้ข้อมูลเหมือนคนพื้นที่งัยถึงถาม
