Absolutely amazing ”
From the valet service that is offered at arrival to the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, we enjoyed every single minute we spent at this lodge. Not only would I recommend this to a friend, I’d recommend it to anyone. We had a blast going skiing at night (which was free and offered by the lodge), as well as everything else that was included with our stay. Amazing.

Outstanding staff!! Honestly, whatever I needed the staff was more than willing to assist and happy to help. The hotel was average or slightly better, but every staff members made the trip much more enjoyable. Utilized the restaurant/bar, spa/pool and guest services... all staff members were incredible.

Awesome rooms with plenty of things to do within walking distance of the hotel. The ski shuttle is also a fantastic perk of the hotel not having to worry about parking or driving to the mountain.

Awesome Pool and Hot Tub”
The pool and hot tub were my determining factors for staying. The outdoor pool was huge, warm and clean. The outdoor hot tub was large and clean. There was also an indoor spa. The room was nice and large. The bed was comfy. The negatives were the ~ $17 breakfast buffet charge. I wanted French toast and opened the lid to see a cinnamon roll. The rest wasn't that great. The other downside was the daily added $35 fee, so when booking, please read the fine print.

Great hotel but make sure the mountain is open”
The hotel itself was beautiful and the room and view was gorgeous. However, when we bought the room we didn’t know the mountain was closed. Now you may say well there’s plenty to do that isn’t on the mountain and that’s correct we found plenty to do. The thing that was most frustrating was that all of the restaurants and shops were also closed because their all owned by keystone resort. So we had to drive to Breckinridge to eat or go to any shops. Otherwise everything was beautiful in the hotel.

I understand how disappointing it must have been when you arrived and found out that the mountain was closed. Off Season ”
Off-season truly means off-season, all restaurants in the facility were closed, pool and hot tub are only open till 8 PM, it was like a ghost town. There was one café that was open, but no fresh food was served it was all equivalent to a gas station style food.

Nice room with a beautiful view. We didn’t take advantage of all of the amenities, but I would recommend staying here.

Recommend this resort”
Staff was very helpful. Transportation options to get into town were great! We got in late and needed a bite to eat but the staff still was nice to get us back and forth from the resort even though it was after hours. Highly recommended! Clean and everyone is abiding by COVID regulations. Would stay there again!
