Good Hotel But Information Not Updated”

I booked the hotel 2 weeks before...I clearly booked the queen bed..suddenly they sent us to deluxe room and queen bed fully booked...the poblem seems that type of room I booked in Agoda was right but they did the renovation and not updated in their own system...but the staff solved this problem very well...

The Quality of The Facilities Should Be Upgraded”

I'd like to give honest review on this hotel. Pros: 1. Basement parking for guest 2. The strategic location 3. Friendly staff 4. Environment is not bad 5. Room is okay for solo traveller 6. The view is splendid (for my room) Cons: 1. The AC is not working properly (gets very hot) 2. No dustbin in room 3. Telephone cannot be used 4. Asked for ironboard + iron, but did not received until check out and even the person who answered the phone said "kelak lah" which means later in quite a rude way to answer your customer 5. The lighting in the room is quite dull 6. The wall plug only at dressing table 7. The shower head is so small (dorm-like shower head) For my stay, I would say 4/10. I really think the hotel should be properly maintained. Thank you!
