I think it is overrated, bathroom cleanliness need serious attention, need mosquito repellant. Information of Air Condition and TV in the room need to changed, because there is no TV in the rooms and not all rooms are air conditioned. Breakfast is OK. No room service, but guest can buy materials and ask the staff to cook as we want.... My family and I did buy fish and ask the staff to cook a grilled fish and it was delicious and recommended. Overall I should categorize this villa as a special interest villa for guests who look for uniqueness and who wants to find an experience of living in a village. It really look like an old villages cottage. I liked the architecture although it still needs more improvement. I recommend this villa for Tourist of specific interest in uniqueness.

Definitely Won't be Back”

It took an extra effort to communicate what we want (e.g extra bed, late arrival, etc) as we came in big group. And when we got there we still didn't have the room we requested right away as the people who greeted us said they didn't know anything about the email. The hotel was nothing like the pictures-maybe the pictures was taken when it was newly-built-maybe decades ago, so it was definitely not as expected. The room was a bit dirty, lots of dust here and there, looks old, and the pool was nothing as the picture shown, don't think it's qualified to be called a pool. Ordered breakfast in the morning and it took centuries to have it. Spent most of our times in the resort opposite of this so-called villa as they have nice pool and beach and we are free to use it as long as we eat there. Was disappointed and definitely won't be back again, ever.

Great place to stay. We felt we were set up among the stars shining down on Earth, sea and land. It was great. But it is so FAR away from JKT. This can be a good point and a bad point. So arrange a hotel pickup from a private taxi and save the headaches.

Nice View from Balcony”

Beautiful view from Balcony. The place could have been cleaned up more as we saw a cokroach and ants. The staff is very nice and cooked for us when we brought back fresh seafood from the market--you need to go with someone who speaks Bahasa. Walls between the rooms are very thin so you will hear your neighbors especially at night when there's very little sound coming from outside. Overall the hotel could use more maintenance--they were building a new cottage so throughout the day we could hear the construction. The pool is tiny and we couldn't use it because It was next to the construction site. Definitely costs higher than what you would expect for a place like this but the view is amazing so you are essentially paying for the view from balcony

villanya udah ga layak huni, udah kaya rumah hantu yang hampir roboh. harganya mahal banget ga sebanding dengan apapun yang di dapat di sana. mungkin villa ini bagus waktu awal di buat, tapi tanpa perawatan yang tepat, ZONK banget semuanya.

Seharusnya agoda lihat dulu vila yang mau dijual, kondisi Villa kotor sekali sudah mau roboh, penjaga cuma ada 1 org ibu2, tidak ada tamu, gambar tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan, saya sangat kecewa sekali dan tidak jadi menginap disana. Tolong cek dulu kondisi Hotel/Villa sebelum menjual ke customer. Jadi ngak mau lagi pake agioda cari hotel, kecewaaaa bgt

Kamar sangat kotor, Ac tidak berfungsi, tidak terawat, Toilet kotor. Kami langsung memutuskan cancel dan keluar dr villa tersebut. Tolong untuk seperti ini jangan di catumkan karena akan merugikan orang banyak dan saya kecewa bayar mahal namun tidak bisa proses refund padahal tidak jadi menginap.
