Somebodies dream with poor execution ”

Disappointing. We tried for 2 days prior to arrival to upgrade to nicer villa. But as Agoda was unable to reach hotel, we were advised to request upon check in. After a lot of blablabla, they quoted us 110usd ++ additionally although the hotel list price is only 35usd more, so we stayed at initial booked villa. First nite dinner, restaurant has no bottle beer as ran out so Xmas only, no big deal but disappointing. 1st day breakfast, was told we can only order Indonesian or American breakfast as only 2 villas rented so no buffet available. When ordering for coffee, they informed us they ran out of coffee. As the resort is located past middle of nowhere, we asked to get a taxi to go to town/supermarket. We were informed there is no taxi and hotel transport only can drive us up to main gate. After a lot more blablabla, they managed to let us use the van guy who drove us up from Jakarta (at a few of course). 2nd day breakfast, coffee was there and somehow they also managed to get cornflakes, milk and some jams. We have been using the hotel pool for a few days, (same resort and reception, but somehow cannot charge to room and need to pay cash (no big deal but annoying if u have a drink/snack by pool). On the 3rd day we asked as previous day for a towel at pool and were told we CANNOT get towel as we stay at villa section and not hotel, although we received towel first 2 days, why?? Don't know. Ok, now recreation, we used jet ski which was ok, speedboat out of order so no banana or doughnut race available. Also snorkeling for kids not possible as only have adult mask. So we tried the ATV (4 wheel motor cycle), first one locked up after 5 minutes and would not start anymore so had to walk back for 15min. Second one the chain flew of after 2min so got our money back and forget about is. We booked 5 notes but changed to 4 and luckily hotel accepted and have a refund.

A secluded place with nature surround”

If you choose this place, beware that you will only can be with your own time It is so quiet, you can always hear the sound of nature from all wild small animal like lizard, bird and lots of insects When you are with your small groups, it is so nice to have privacy Dinner get bored on the 2nd day, bbq fish always in the menu, but what can you expect with staying right on the beach Overall it is okay since we are paying quite lots for christmas package, choose bora bora instead of fiji, it is a nice size and the air conditioner is winner although electricity is off couple of time during day n night Asked for bulb change since it is quite spooky during night if your villa only lighted by half of the bulb available The shower and bathroom is back to nature, it is a nice thing to have like in Bali The beach is so so, beach club is disaster since public can go in, so we stuck at beach next to bale bale restaurant, but it was okay though so rocky, can't swim at all

I think this kalicaa is too expensive but the facilities not so good example: dont have wifi in room, etc

Far away from town, make sure you are bring all your needs expecially for your baby.

TV remote did not work, breakfast is not good, Few lamp did not work, location is too quiet need more security. However the sunset was good.

Only down side I think of the resort is that they advertise activities but in reality you have to go another resort next door to book snorkeling or other outdoor activities. Your very limited if you don't have your vehicle.

Not a place to seek peace (at that time)”

Excellent villa, landscape and staffs. This is true. Peaceful? I was unlucky. One of the neighbors plays karaoke and music so loudly and voices that... you know... until after midnight and start again in the morning. Looks like they brought own sound system. Not a place to find peace. We seek peace but what we get was bad noise. Furthermore it should be prohibited to smoke in the restaurant for convenience even though the restaurant is not an enclosed space. I give 3 stars so that Management should pay attention to these. Nothing special about F&B but not bad either. After all this place is one of my favorite.

facility matter”

facility must be kept good/supplied continuously. - door for bathroom is too hard to open/close - there are no beach chairs along the poolside villa (according to hotel staff, under repairing, I am difficult to understand why they do not supply their stock). -refrigerator not work well

Good villa, especially if you bring pet?”

I love the villas because of the pools, and we can remained private in our villa. In Agoda, as per we booked, it clearly said pets are allowed. So we bring our puppy. We are responsible pawrents, i. e we clean their pups, etc. So my experience has been good. I have recommended this to my friends, but they reported to me that pets are not allowed?? (after driving for so long from Jakarta!!) So I feel guilty for recommending this. Also confused. I hope they continue to make this pet-friendly though. Other pawrents, pls check to make sure.

Liburan keluarga seru”

Tempat nginap di villa yg elok, kolam renang privatnya top, sarapan pagi mantab lezat diantar dijemput golfcar, tempat permainan yg bagus, anak anak suka sekali. Villa conyard 2 km tidur privat pool yg besar, fasilitas villa lengkap... Juoosss lah... Pulangnya hunting durian..... 👍
