I booked 3 rooms and all are very clean, the family suit is huge and we bond there, kids running around cos we owned the veranda... though there are are fees for usage of some appliances it's still fine... staff are helpful. the only cons is the pool, it's not clean and they didn't clean it the next day.. besides that, the resort/hotel is exceptional!

I think the resort is in good location since it's a minute walk to the beach and they also have pool (though we wish it was a little bigger for adults, too). The room is quite big and the balcony is huge to accommodate a big group (from 8 pax to atleast 15 pax). We just didn't like how they cooked the tocino that we bought (it was a bit uncooked) and pricey at the same time. But all in all, it's a good place to go if you're not "maarte" and a nice place to stay for a big family.

We may have drove 166 km from Manila to San Narciso Zambales, yet it was all worth it. The staff were very accommodating. The place is such a peaceful haven. Will surely come back soon. Thank you, Kakay Resort!

Clean and quite place to stay”
It was a pleasant we had when we visited this hotel. Couple of things I wanted to point out. 1st - based on your child policy guest 17 years old below are free of charge given that they'll be sharing bed. We were total of 17 including 6 children, we were charge 1 extra head because the room we rented are only good for 16. Please do clarify their child policy. 2nd is the pool. When we came, there was no water in the pool (and it was a weekend which they should anticipate the bulk of guests) due to maintenance, our kids were expecting that pool since the beach is not child friendly due to huge wave at the shore lines. I was also expecting a "free" usage of their fridge but they charge us for 300 pesos as well as you have rice cooker, kettle and other electronic appliances. They also have corkage for beverages and alcoholic drinks.

Pros: place is near the beach. There are stores outside. Cheaper to book here in agoda than as walk-in. Cons: my friend brought a bottle of water for 40php but later the gay assistant of the hotel asked her to pay 60php. They will charge you 50php each towel. No toiletries. I will recommend this place considering the cheap price of it.

Pros- staff are ok, accommodating, commute is not that hard since it is near terminals. Friendly people, cheaper than other resorts nearby. Cons- Needs exterior renovation specially for their only mini pool. You can only buy breakfastfrom them but the lunch and dinner are not available. No proper guide to the outside since it is a public resort.

Better if you bring your own utensils beacuse they will charge you when you borrow hindi naman daw included. Also they charge for the use of refrigerator 300 pesos per day. They will charge you for a 500 pesos per day if you use their gas stove but this is sharing for other guest. This resort is overpricing.
