FIRST TIME STAYING AT JW MARRIOT KL”
I stayed in JW Marriott KL from 6th to 8th September 2018. The upgraded room given to me was very nice and spacious. This is my 1st time staying at JWM KL and it has been a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly. Location is excellent, just opposite Pavilion and walking distance to Lot 10 / Bukit Bintang area. Breakfast spread at Shook café was ok. Rooms are renovated recently, so quite new and modern, and spacious. The rooms are great but the pillows is too soft! Worth staying. Way better than The Westin which is next door. If you consider to stay at around Bukit Bintang area, JWM could be the best choice for your stay in Kuala Lumpur. Loving this place. Will definitely come back to JWM everytime we visit Kuala Lumpur. it was really pleasant stay to stay with jw marriott, kuala lumpur. all my family member like it a lot. nice room, very clean, tidy..everything was perfect. the staff also very helpful... especially sebastian, he came from germany. he's really kind to help us to find to connection room as he knew cos we travelled with the infant, he provided all the baby thing such as baby coat. for sure, i would like to stay in jw marriott again if i have to visit kuala lumpur again. keep it up....all the best for jw marriott hotel, kuala lumpur

the best and always been my favourite!”
JW Marriott has always been my most favourite hotel to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially in Bukit Bintang area. It has the best location, connected directly to the StarHill Gallery and the big luxurious Pavillion Shopping Mall is just across the street, and monorail station is only a couple of minutes of walking distance. The staffs are very friendly and the services are excellent. It is the best hotel in the area and will always be my first choice in mind when coming to KL.

nice hotel in prominent shopping district”
It's always been a pleasant stay in every JW Marriott Hotel, especially the one in KL, where quality of service is its priority. I went to KL to my family & my elderly parents and spent new year eve there, but at different hotel. We moved to JW Marriott early January because we want to be in the center of shopping district of Bukit Bintang. However, we experienced some delays when checking-in to our rooms due to late check out of previous guests. And we had to wait for quite sometimes. Normal check-out time was at 12.00 noon, and check-in time was at 15.00, which was a bit unusual. It's normally resorts who have check-in time that late. And yet we still had to wait for sometimes more. It's management seemed to realize our problem, and they really looked into it. Once checked-in, the hotel sent its managers to our room to make sure that everything is up to our expectation and explained to us what really happened back there. They did what they had to do, and they did outstanding job to neutralize the situation. I myself own a small hotel backhome. I just wished my staffs were that good. My whole family was pleased to stay there eventhough it was our third time to stay at he same hotel. I'd give four thumbs out of five. But what really matter was they knew what to do under such circumstances.

Excellent Hotel, Great Venue”
This hotel is located square in the middle of Bukit Bintang, the premiere shopping area for Central Kuala Lumpur. There is excellent shopping available at the Pavilion Mall, 1 minute walk from the JW Marriott. Lot 10 and Sungei Wang (Money River) malls are close by as well. Great international cuisine is available in the Pavilion's open air food mall, as well as sports and Tapas bars. Highly recommended

Great location and excellent stay”
one of my fav stay - the hotel is right in the middle of bukit bintang - one of the main shopping areas in kuala lumpur. the hospitality and rooms are top-notch, just what you expect from jw marriot. directly across the road (approx 10-14 footsteps from the lobby entrance) is the pavilion - one of kl premium shopping mall (the other one is suria klcc). next to the hotel, about a minute walk is fahrenheit 88 - the shopping mall for the younger generation i'd say. international cafes like starbucks, middle-east restaurants are just nearby, not to mention 7-eleven convenient store. it is the place for shopping really as you have all varieties - from premium shopping at the pavillion to more affordable ones at the other shopping malls nearby.

Comfortable with convenient location”
As with all marriott hotels, JW Marriot Hotel Kuala Lumpur lived up to all our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the Sunday brunch spread at the Chinese resturant where there was live singing. The room was comfortable and stylishly furnished. For a shopaholic like me, the hotel was a godsend and I could return after hours of shopping to take a rest and put down my shopping bags before I went out for another round of shopping. We enjoyed the cinema and restaurants available in Pavilion KL which was a stone's throw from the hotel. We liked it so much that we returned to stay at the same hotel twice within the same month!

Great hotel at strategic location”
it's not our first time staying at this hotel, and everytime we are always extremely satisfied. the location is very strategic at bukit bintang, friendly staffs with great service. the hotel features, room condition, comfort of bed is fantastic. the best of all is the starhill gallery where we spent all our 3 days breakfast lunch n dinner. the variety of food alowed us to make it our place for wine n dine. rm50 voucher for wine n done above rm100 spending is definitely a great attraction. so don't forget to ask abt this voucher at the hotel front desk. complementary internet (wired) connection for jw marriott member is definitely a plus point, too bad the complementary wifi has been abandoned. nevertheless it is always satisfying to stay there.

Great Location for shopping trip”
Though it was not our first trip to KL but we really enjoy the stay in JW Marriott. Check in was a breeze. Requested for high floor and got the lovely view of Bukit Bintang. Checked in before 12nn, went shopping across the road at Pavallion and our rooms were done again when we came back around 6pm. It did not dampen our stay with a few set backs. The lift was a little slow, probably there were lifts reserved for the penthouse. The remaining lifts cannot cope. Our rooms were smelly although it was meant to be non smoking room. This we cannot fault the hotel operators, it must be the earlier guests.

Memorable stay with great value of money”
It was my honeymoon stay with my husband and JW Marriott hotel staffs get ready a nice deco in the room and also surprise us with the awesome brownies. We truly appreciate the effort that they put in. The room is very clean and we enjoy it so much. Staffs all are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is great too. We can see they really make sure everything is perfect. Lastly I have to say I really like the Christmas tree in the lobby, not because it is the most beautiful Christmas tree that I ever seen. But it is because the love that everyone is sharing. It is part of JW’s CSR-a wishes tree for the orphanage. The child put their wishes on the tree and those who want to donate can grant their wish accordingly. I have to say great job to JW Marriott for sending the love to those unfortunate in this Christmas. Will visit again in near future

Hotel with prime location”
Through the courtesy of a friend in Kuala Lumpur, I had been recommended to stay in JW Marriott in Starhill. Te location is excellent close to the major shopping centres and easy access to most major places of interest. The hotel staffs are friendly, most willing to assist and highly professional. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommend to fellow travellers.

Fantastic experience”
I am glad I choose to stay in JW Marriott. It is about 5 - 10 minutes taxi ride from KL Sentral. I was greeted by friendly staff the moment I got off the taxi all the way till I got to my room. The hotel is situated near both high and low end malls. It is opposite Pavilion Mall where there are alot of international fashion labels to restaurants / cafes. It is also walking distance from KL conventional hall where the famous Petronas Towers is situated. The room is very nice. The bed is extremely comfortable with about 6 pillows provided. The only negative point is probably the TV channels. There are not much international choices (which I guess is the same for most of the hotels). The bathroom is fantastic, however the shower area is abit too small but the room amenities kind of make up for it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and will not hesitate to choose JW Marriott on my next visit.

Staying alone at the Mariott in KL ”
I was flying in from Europe and stayed overnight in KL before driving to the East Coast. I never stayed at Marriott because of the location a long Bukit Bintang and i did not really know how to get their by car. But coming back from the airport it was fairly easy to get from Jalan Sultan Ismail to Bukit Bintang and the Mariott. Only problem is that you have ot aim into a very small slot to get to the parking lot. The hotel rooms are very nice and the personnel is very gentle. Very dinner i walked across the road in the alley next Pavillon. It was a very nice experience not to worry about walking or getting back to the hotel after a couple of beers. Also the breakfast in the Shook was a very nice experience, although it feels a little lonesome if not to many people are joining for breakfast. overall it was very nice experience and as a result i will bring my wife for my next visit to the Marriott.

JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur exceeds expectations. The service is impeccable, from the staff who open the taxt door to the female concierge offering to take my bags to my room. All requests were kindly provided. The room itself was very nice, quite grandiose actually. Very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom has great lighting and is an excellent size. All in all a great experience.

The best hotel facilities in kuala lumpur”
We stayed in this amazing hotel for five days from the 28th of may 2012 to the 2nd of June. The location was ideal being right opposite pavilion mall and smack in the middle of "jalan bukit bintang" which is the place to stay for the best shopping and food options. The staff is friendly and quick as a dart, in fact it would taken them 20 minutes to clean our room every time we left it they were that fast. I would recommend this hotel for anyone with young kids in kuala lumpur!! It is simply brilliant.

so we decided to give ourselves a treat by checking into jw marriott for a night - best decision ever! service was prompt - checked in within 3 mins ... returned to the concierge to realise that they could recognise me and could hand me my correct luggage....had some probs with the internet and someone came up within 5 mins to check.... and the room was awesome - the other reviewers were not kidding about the marriott bedding! only (minor) complaint was about the pillows - a little too soft but probably our own fault for not calling and asking for a harder one. one very nice touch in the bathroom was the provision of bath salts that left the skin silky soft - awesome! and breakfast was pretty good - not really the best around but the fresh juice bar was an excellent touch. overall - we had a wonderful experience!
