Exceptional”
It was my mom's 60th birthday and I wanted her to celebrate her meeting this milestone after all the challenges our family faced during the peak of the lockdown. We availed the 2 bedroom Executive luxury suite room and enjoyed the perks and facilities quite well. The staff are very accommodating and efficient. Reservation of facilities such as the gym and pool are very flexible, we had the pool, jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves at this time (weekend in June). I am impressed with the fact that every corner of the room is suitable for productivity, comfort and photo-ops. Maybe 1 criticism is that they didn't provide even simple birthday greeting for my mom (balloons or tarp, etc.) despite me telling them that it's her birthday. Anyway, enjoyed our stay and hopefully be back soon.

Very comfortable stay”
I wish I could bring the bed home. Probably the most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was perfect. I loved having a washer/dryer combo, very convenient and having purified drinking water available as to not waste plastic bottles. The staff was very accommodating and professional. We did not add the breakfast option to our stay since there are plenty of choices in the vicinity but we did try their restaurant once. Food was fantastic. The fitness room was fully stocked. Pool was nice as well. This is the place I would stay every time I'm in the Philippines!

Big spacious rooms”
This was for my brother’s wedding! It was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are clean spacious and with beautiful decor. It has a washing machine , kitchenette. Staff was very attentive. My dad requested his pants to be hemmed and a tailor came by to fix it ASAP very impressive. Breakfast buffet was delicious the dinner buffet was wonderful with fresh seafood grilled to your liking was fantabulous. Will definitely come back and already referred this place to my sister-in-law.

A home away from home indeed!”
Booked a room spontaneously so we can have a relaxing night away from our city, and we got what we paid for. We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were so comfy that it was hard for us to get up in the morning. The food and wine that were served were top-notch. The hotel is close to the mall and other outlet stores so it was easy for us to go out and buy the stuff we needed. We really can't leave our furbaby at home so it was a huge plus that the hotel is pet-friendly. I would definitely book again, and hopefully, a much-needed longer stay so we can enjoy all of the amenities Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites has to offer.

Comfortable Staycation”
1BR was very clean and comforable. Staff sent a bday cake in the room which is really nice. Spacious bathroom with 2 sinks. Sauna and bathtub in the bathroom is great too. If you are feeling lazy to eat out, ala carte food was expensive for its simplicity. Would recommend delivery. One of the few serviced hotels that I would stay in. I would definitely book here again.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay in Joy-Nostalg. The rooms were pristine and well-appointed. I was expecting that it would feel old (I have known of this hotel for decades) but the place still felt fresh. We had a two-bedroom suite - super spacious and had everything we needed for our group of 5. Even the dishwasher was working perfectly! Internet was also working very well, good option to work from 'home'. Overall a great stay and can't wait to be back.

I like this hotel .. I like it before and I still like it now. Better than Hyatt city of dreams.. internet is fast and unit is spacious. You pay the comfort but it’s still fine even cost more than most of the hotel around in ortigas

Always our second home ”
First time to stay in a studio type room and we enjoyed it. Floor plan is very strategic, kitchen has the same function as 1br, 2br or even the 3br. Location is definitely a 5-star. We enjoyed our morning stroll in emerald st. wherein all your comfort foods are there!

Pros: Spacious Room with nice interior design Near Malls Very nice staffs Has reserved parking lots for check-in guests and also has payable parking for visitors Nice gym and indoor pools We will definitely go back for a longer staycation with friends and family. Cons: I cant think of any cons for this hotel. I am still amaze with their accomodation :)

fuss free check in and check out. loved the amount of real estate for the price. daughter had a great time rolling and flopping around on the bed. loved the view because she saw many cars. pool was wonderful too. very good sensory experience for a toddler especially the jacuzzi like pool.

I was surprised with the room it is soooo BIG! The price is cheap for what is being offered! Room is complete! Literally complete with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge - its really a home! Plus it is SUPER CLEAN! I am very meticulous with dust, molds but I DIDNT SEE ANY! SUPER HAPPY with our stay!

Spacious and safe place for my baby”
My son is a pandemic baby so i am a bit hesitant to bring him to places as i fear for his well being. Joy Nostalg gave me a sense that my baby is safe from virus as they have ample time for disinfection before they release the room to their guest.

Everything was really good from facilities to staff. If I have to nitpick though, a few areas of improvement to consider: - utensils and plates available at the room upon arrival should at least be twice the maximum occupancy of the room - foldable clothesline or drying rack for clothes to be provided

the front desk officer named Jon is fantastic in all aspects . He delivered when it mattered most. Especially when I asked for the set up of Bath tub with flowers and champagne . He got my early check in and late check out on time as requested. Very courteous staff and friendly all the way.

CHRISTMAS CHEER AT JOY NOSTALG”
Our Holidays at this hotel never fails to leave us with good cheer. Check-in was a breeze with the staff pleasantly helping us : the front desk (Sam), the bellboy who helped us with the luggages, the housekeeping who taught us how to use the stove and the restaurant who gave us enough supply of ice. The room was as always neat but some of the throwpillows show signs of wear and tear already. The AC was in good working condition and hot water was at a good pressure. The only complaint we have is that there was no ready parking available. The hotel should make sure that there are cotingencies for this. Other than that we would gladly go back here for our future stays.
