Good value for money!”
This was my second stay here at the hotel, and I booked the exact same room. For me, the hotel was quite-good though. They have great rooms with great facility, excellent cleanliness, also such a very modern bathroom. Unfortunately, during this stay I experienced problems with the bathroom where the tap in the shower was like broken, they also had issues with the water all over the hotel, like it became dirty and extremely hot. Actually, this kind of problem didn't happen during my first stay. So, idk. The other thing about it was the parking, where we had to always come to the reception for a parking stamp every time and it's quite difficult for those who like going to and fro like we did.

Great staycation”
Didnt expect the room to be that stunning. Its our anniversary and during kids holiday. We booked the junior suite and asked for a quiet room. We got the corner room facing east that has quarter view of the hotel. Absolutely gorgeous. It didn’t turned out to be all quiet from the live music on a weekend, but it was good enough. The staffs were excellent, kind and helpful. Upon our departure there were a stupid doctor who double parked in front of our car. Being a doctor and owning ioniq doesn’t guarantee you wont do moronic things. The security and staff again was very helpful.

The hotel and facilities are fantastic. Great rooms, great service and on the whole a very pleasant place to stay. Can't fault the service or the staff. The Spa is a great place for recovery after a hard day's work. However: They need to work on their staff skills in the restaurants - they need to learn to serve rather than just deliver food.

I just spent one night here with my family. Their service was great. My kids played water park. This place was more than fun&happy day. I think they have a good quality facilitates for kids. Especially, the breakfast was delicious. We had a great time at this hotel. The staffs were all kind and friendly.

Our memorable staycation in Serpong”
We had staycation here last weekend. We enjoyed our premier room. Buffet breakfast also good, they followed the health protocol. Our kids enjoyed kids spa Acquaree, they gave 20% discount for hotel guest. One comment for sauna facility in Ladies room, there was only steam room. No sauna room like in Man’s room.

Value for Money”
This is 5 stars hotel in Gading Serpong, near SMS. I like staying in this hotel where I can get 5 stars facilities : Bathtub in room, jacuzzi in spa area, excellent breakfast, small kids playground. One thing that I felt disappoint about this hotel is the water to soak in bathtub wasn't hot enough for us. We've called the front desk twice to fix it. We had dinner in Royal Eight and we like the food presentation. Breakfast in Mangan also nice. Will definitely come back to JHL.

I stayed for two nights for family vacation with my first child. It as awesome... the room was clean... the pool was nice.. for breakfast, they have enough kind to fulfill our stomach. For child..they have many options for playground...such as kid's playground, kid's spa, until kid's pool (50cm height) Want to go back again if have opportunity.

This is a brand new hotel in Gading Serpong, and claimed to be the first 5-star hotel in Banten. Under D'Varee brand, it is the most luxurious collection among this brand's properties in Indonesia. I stayed for short staycation here (I live nearby in Gading Serpong area) being curious on what this hotel looks like and how the service is. I booked 2 premier king rooms through Agoda (price is very affordable for 5-star hotel). Here is the summary of my experience for my short stay in this hotel: Pros: - Location wise is right in the heart of Gading Serpong area. Close to Summarecon Mall Serpong, UMN, Scientia Square Park, also close to BSD. There is also Giant Extra Supermarket right across the hotel. - From the beginning when we entering the hotel we can see its very well designed and feels luxurious. High ceiling lobby with marble everywhere is indeed a luxury touch. - It has ample parking space with 3 options of VIP parking space in front of the lobby, Basement parking area and upper parking area in the 1st floor of the building. - A lot of seating area in the lobby are great for waiting check in/out process or just hanging around. - Staffs are very kind and attentive, especially the receptionist, pool area staff and the security in the entrance from parking area who was very helpful with our luggage. - The best part of the hotel is the guest room, its very spacious, luxurious, and well designed. Love the lounger, working desk and large screen TV. Large floor to ceiling window with electric controlled curtain are also nice touch to the room. - Bathroom also marvelous. Pretty large in size, complete with separate rain shower and large bathtub. 2 peoples can easily fit in the tub. Also love the heated toilet with smart control (although not the most advance like japanese ones) but still a nice touch as I rarely found in hotel in Jakarta or Tangerang. - In-room telephone is wireless so it is very convenient to use all around the room. - Breakfast although the spread

The receptionist (Vicky/Ficky) was very helpful in checking me in early when i arrive. She did helped when i departed by calling the taxi, helping me catch the flight from the airport. Everything was brand new, and the experience was very memorable.

the hotel i used to stay was fully booked, so i figure to give JHL a try. - check in was efficient and fast - room was spacious and nicely decorated - AC was working really good, which i love - nice japanese style toilet with seat warmers and bidet - comfortable pillow -breakfaST was extensive, pretty decent if i need to be picky, probably a minor thing, Hot water, wasnt hot enough for me but other than that it was an amazing stay

Good Staycation in Serpong”
Room is clean and spacious. interior is comfy. the curtains are using electric. the closet has electrical setting like in Korea, but somehow was not working when I was there.Breakfast was delicious and lots of variations. they even served "jamu" and ice cream (at weekend).parking space is very narrow and the lot is limited unless you park after 9PM.
