Excellent Staff!”

The staff at Jelly's has catered to all of our requests. Any problems we have encountered have been fixed without delay. The food served at the restaurant has been affordable and way above average. The general store outside the property is an added plus. Their prices are better than in town. We walked to town to use the ban machine- no problem at all for international use. Bantayan Burrito Company- let's just say- Biggie would have loved them! A must try! Paradise Beach- funtastic! So happy we chose this property while in Bantayan.

Came all the way from manila, to relax and find serenity. Tho it was a bit of a travel, it really is exhausting to come to Bantayan but it was all worth it! First of, when we arrived. Staffs were all but smiles and greetings, even when it comes to a question, to assisting you, to getting you what you need, they’re all but warmth; it’ll feed your heart. The place was a bit fancy; it’ll feed your heart. And I could say, the food is really superb. And the price is reasonable for an island price ranging from 200-300 depending on the food. And to tell you, all throughout our days we ate in this resort because it has the value for the money plus it really tastes good; it’ll feed your stomach. And Bantayan Island is really a place anyone should be, it is indeed a paradise; it’ll feed your soul.

A stunningly beautiful Resort!”

My partner and I visited Jelly’s at the beginning of May for 4 nights, our first stop on our journey through the Philippines, and what wonderful surprise it was. Bantayan meet all our expectations as an island, serene and stunningly beautiful. The Jelly’s staff were gracious from our welcome to our departure, a great representation of friendly and hospitable service true to their culture. We stayed in Superior Room (Double) which did us fine, had all the comforts and necessities of a boutique island resort. The location was right on the beach front. At least 15min walk from the Main Street. This allowed for complete privacy and often meant having the beach front to yourself! The food was by far the highlight. Some of the tastiest food we have had in a long time. The Jelly’s fried rice is to die for. The value and quality of the food compared to the Main Street restaurants is like comparing a Michelin Star restaurant to KFC. Overall a must visit if going to Bantayan!

The resort is quite pricey but the stay itself is worth it. I love how accomodating the staffs are, very kind. The room is neat and the resort is colorful perfect for pictures!! Quiet little gem”

We arrived late... or early, depends how you look at things, but we were checked into a room at 4am after our journey from Mactan airport. We had a great room, more like an apartment, with a fantastic memory foam bed. The resort is not in Santa Fe but just a short walk from town which was ideal because we just wanted quiet. The beach here is amazing and the sand bars in the crystal clear water are great to walk out on. Keep your eye out for jellyfishies! We had some good food and great drinks. If we ever were to return to Bantanyan island we wouldn't hesitate to book Jelly's again.

Its a nice place to go to although it is a tricycle ride (20 pesos per pax, one way) to the poblacion where the action is, its still a good place to stay on when in Bantayan. The breakfast is satisfying, the beach front is a great outdoor with all of the decoratives on it especially the hanging objects like colorful umbrellas that makes it more attractive even from afar, it will make you pose for a pic, the vibrant colors are so inviting to the spirit. Banyo is wide and clean, the water tastes salty obviously, you can choose to use filtered water when u brush your teeth. Bantayan is a great place which u can do almost all things (land tour, island hopping) in 3d2n stay, cheap thrills, inexpensive meals and tours, magnificent beach, very pleasant views and superb sunset, will surely come back.

Nice Little Resort”

This is a newer resort in Bantayan Island. I liked the friendly staff and free breakfast. I also like that it is cute and cozy. Oh and there's a gym. Cons: I didn't like the beach. It is only swimmable when it is high tide, otherwise you would have to walk far out to the sea to enjoy and you probably also wont enjoy it because there are already seaweeds that far out. So if you really like the white beach vibe and swimmable beachfront, the best beach in that area is the Kota Beach I think.

I only have high praises for the staff of Jelly’s haven. We stayed for five nights, as we were stranded due to the storm. The staff made all the difference during our stay. They accommodated all lf our needs and assisted us the whole time. Location was great- but the beach was too shallow for swimming. Food was excellent. Rooms were clean- just as they were in the photos. If they would have a swimming pool, it would have been even more perfect! Thank you to everyone in the resort! If you’re looking for a quiet, clean basic room, good food, friendly staff, and instagrammable resort to stay in Bantayan Island, I’d definitely recommend giving Jelly’s a try! Worth every peso.

Totally worth it”

Pros: Nice ambiance, good location (close to beach and market), well priced motor rental(300 for 24 hrs), friendly staff Cons: Not much time to enjoy the beach since most times are low tide then shore becomes too far to enjoy the water, many ants on the beach dining area, stray dogs on the beach, construction going on inside the resort for extension causing much noise, room seems hallow or such that sounds from the room could be heard easily from the outside, needs to adjust the door handle to able to lock the door (room 19), no snorkeling available at the resort (they may prepare you borrowed from outside and may take a long time) Tips: Rent motorcycle from the resort to go around (totally worth it), and relax at the resort. If you want to go snorkeling, request to borrow way ahead of the time because since they don't have their own, takes so much time to get one on hand. And make sure you know when's the high/low tide since you can enjoy the beach only during high tides.

Clean rooms and facilities. Food is better than other “pricey” resorts in bantayan. But what made this place stand out from the crowd is the type of service its staff provides to the guests - A1! The resort is very clean. Room is spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom is big and with shower heater, too. Aircon is well functioning. Amenities such as towels and toiletries are provided. Food is affordable at their restaurant but we opt to go to the town proper for more options. Town is accessible via a 5 minute tricycle ride. The water on the beach is shallow though. Maybe because it’s low tide most of the time. This side of the island is perfect for those with kids. Wifi is not working. There are also lots of areas and decorations for picture taking. There is also a free shuttle from and going to the port which is definitely a plus.

One of the best beach side place I've been to. Staff were very friendly and accomodating; The palce was clean. Food was delicious. For those that are not walk in or those that do have reservations, they will not charge you with corkage fee. I'm not sure what's the reason behind but it's fine with me. The place was very realxing most specially during the sunset though the sun doesn't set on that side of the island still the view was amazing. The only problem that we encounter was at that time there were you people who were playing volleyball and it's a littke scary cos we might be hit by the ball. And also the lack of supply of ice. Kanya kanyang gawa lang yata sila since there's no ice plantation on the island. But will definitely be back there.

Great Staff”

The staff here are superb. We came in very early around 7am hoping to have an early checkin but sadly they are fully booked the night before. Good thing they upgraded us to their grand suite with a sea view and balcony for an additional fee. For a family with 4 kids and a senior citizen, we just cared about getting a good rest from the trip from Cebu city. You can also book your tours with them. Pricey food from the restaurant though. but you can just take a tricycle to town to try the different restos there, or have a takeout and just eat it at the resort.

I did not expect the free transfer to and from the port, I was really surprised. And for the price to have a free breakfast was just incredible. They are not overpriced especially for a resort in an island. Amazing views! We really enjoyed our stay.

Not really a big resort, but very cute and homey! I love the umbrellas ☺️ The staff is very accomodating and they always always always smile. Room is very clean and spacious, as well as the toilet and bath. Staff can assist you if you want tours and motorbike rental, they’ve got snorkeling gears for rent as well. THEIR FOOD IS A MUST-TRY!!! NEVER FELT HUNGRY DURING MY STAY HERE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 👌🏼👌🏼

Instagramable resort :) ”

The ambiance/set up of this resort will put a smile on your face once you see it specially the beach front everything is so cute and isntagramable. Not just that the staff were all nice and smiles, very consistent with their greetings. The beach is really nice vern during lowtide. Kid friendly beach. Will definitely stay in this resort again

The customer service was great, the staff are very polite and accommodating. The resort has a lot of "instagrammable" spots and nice beachfront. We booked via agoda and there was no breakfast indicated, but they gave us free breakfast anyway, and it was good! The room has all the basic needs like towel and slippers but no complementary coffee. They also offered scooter rental and multi-cab transfers back to Hagnaya port for free. I also loved that there's no pressure on the check-out time during our stay. Highly recommended! 👍👍 There's some noise due to ongoing works on the resort but it did not bother us since we're mostly out during the day.
