Excellence value hotel with great location”

This hotel is located in the heart of Brinchang with great location that has a restaurant, laundry, pharmacy, grocery store, fast food and even clinic all at walking distance. The room since it is a value hotel is kinda clean and quite comfortable for a small family like us (with 3 children). Kids however have nothing to do here but Cameron Highland is known for its chill weather so most of our time we spend sightseeing. The downside of the hotel is carpark. Its so hard to find a space during weekend and even worst during school holiday. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Memorable trip ”

It is great for anyone who are looking for a place that centrally located in Cameron Highland. You can travel by foot from the hotel to night market to buy various of things. You can find food very easily because the hotel is near with restaurants, KFC and etc. I would suggest to go here on weekdays because on weekend the car park is limited. You also can buy a travel map from the lobby if you are not familiar with Cameron Highland around RM4.

Jasmine Hotel is very close to where the bus can stop for drop off and pick up (just ask the driver). You can see the hotel sign from the main road at Brinchang. Bus tickets can be purchased from an adjacent hotel. Within a reasonable walking distance of Tanah Rata and some interesting jungle walks. A map can be purchased at the hotel.

Clean & Tidy Hotel”

This hotel is located at Brinchang Area. This is a very convenient area where you can find food, groceries, night market, shops, plantations and petrol stations. Recommended area as this is the most happening area in Cameron Highlands. Hotel is just walking distance to all the Restaurants and even the night market.

Affordble”

It was a pleasurable trip to Cameron Highlands. We (couple) stayed at Jasmine Hotel for 1 night and it was lovely. Great location, great view of main road, big bathroom, big TV and there was a LIFT to go to 4th floor. But there are some minor complaints (who doesn't?), bed sheet looks old, insufficient parking space, not-so-good pillow. Overall it's GREAT! 8/10.

but i really frustated about the parking at hotel, sunday after we checkout hotel, when we put things in car, my car in a suit with cameron highland municipality. i very disapointed about this. because we are not from cameron, we dont know that parking need pay, even parking in front hotel. hope hotel crew will improve and inform every customer check in the hotel about the parking need pay. thanks.

Excellent stay and suitable for families.”

The stay at the hotel was good. Environment is clean and cooling (because it's cameron highlands). My stay was during the festive period (Chinese new year) so it's noisy with all the fire crackers, it's a sight to behold as fireworks is happening 70-100 metres away from you. The beds were comfortable and we kind of overslept.. haha don't expect to have many car lots available during the festive period, because everyone is up enjoying the cold air. But the hotel is located near all the great food of cameron highlands. Words are not enough to describe the feelings all of us felt up at cameron highlands.. MUST GO AGAIN! =)

A good stay”

We love our stay at Jasmine hotel! They let us checked in early (around 1pm). The location was great ~ walking distance to the mosque (very convinient for my dad), near to pasar malam (most of the souveniers, food can buy here), however parking can be an issue considering the are so many budget hotel near the pasar malam (we managed to get one infront of the hotel by 5 pm). Although this hotel don't provide breakfast, you can still get one at the nearby foodcourt. Overall, we were statisfied and definitely choose this hotel again for a budget stay!

Pleasant stay and Perfect Location”

The hotel was clean, neat, did not feel cramped as it was quite spacious, even the bathroom. Location is great to travel up or down Cameron Highlands, and the hotel is above a 24/7 nasi kandar which is perfect when you have night cravings. The location also manages traffic well. NO More Free Public Parking!”

This was my 2nd time staying here. Booked the same Family Suite and got the same room too! Very spacious room. Need a little bit of thorough vacuuming but overall the room is clean. The room was a bit old school. A little bit of modern make over would be welcomed. Overall i'm satisfied. Very strategic location with various shops and restaurants around the hotel. Lots of tourist attraction places were also a short drive away. Its the rainy season in April this year so the weather was less hot in the afternoon and quite cold at night. Recommended to visit CH during weekdays as there were less cars and less tourist/visitors. BUT be warned! NO MORE FREE public parking in Cameron Highlands! Parking fees was enforced in Tanah Rata, Brinchang and Kea Farm from 1st Oct 2018. So you need to buy scratch parking coupons. I bought it at a phone shop just next to the hotel. Or you can just ask the helpful receptionist where to get one. Hourly coupon charge is 60cent. 1 day coupon is RM6.00.

A very nice hotel to stay”

A very good and nice hotel to stay. The room is so spacious with a clean spacious bathroom. The water heater is great. The bed is nice and comfortable. The receptionist are friendly and pretty with a sweet smile on their face. The location is very good with lots of chinese, indian, malay and tomyam restaurants and food stalls around the area. The foods are very delicious and have lots of varieties (i love the satey brinchang) Convenient supermarket also nearby to buy our daily needs. The was also KFC nearby. Souveniers shops just infront of the hotel. Also we can have local malay kuih (goreng pisang, keropok leko etc) The hotel very friendly for all ages (ramp and elevator) You need to plan your time for parking. Yes free parking are available a lots but dont try to park your car from 5:00pm to 8:00pm because it will be full and hard to find, this is due to all the crowds come to the hotel area to have their dinner from the nice restaurants around there.

It was our 1st time staying at Jasmine Hotel. It’s comfortable and great value for money. The staffs were friendly and kind. We have problem with clogged water drainage in the toilet hotel room and they immediately gave us changed hotel room. The hotel also has the elevator so it’s convenient for family traveling with elders and kids. I’m fully satisfied with the hotel service and facilities. We will definitely come here again next time.

basic, affordable and comfortable..”

Jasmine Hotel is a newly refurbished hotel about a year ago. Ideal for families with young children and also for those without transport in which hotel staffs are helpful to arrange a taxi to pick you up. finding local food in Brinchang is easy, night market is walking distance. Hotel is also nearby to attractions up the Kea farm areas, though you have to go out early to avoid the massive jams. Hope Jasmine Hotel will continue to maintain its new look and cleanliness.

Very affordable hotel with decent facilities”

Cozy and clean room with most basic facilities such as hot water, shared ironing facility, water supply with good pressure. The hotel is located at strategic location - there are mini markets, food shops, and even self-serviced laundry shop nearby. You can't just find any better room with such a low price in Cameron Highlands

Good for short stay”

the hotel is in good location, easy to find and eat but if weekend or holiday is quite difficult to park the car because too many hotel near jasmine hotel. i'm just stay for 1night and i'm find it quite good for short stay. hotel room was nice, no bad smell, have lift, spacious, water pressure was very good, clean, quiet, clear tv. overall is good.

A good stay, wiched there is dedicated parking lot for the hotel”

The hotel was good, we got a perfect view room which was excellent vantage point throughout the town. Close walk to all the markets that is available in Brinchang area and it is worth the stay. The only minus part is the challenge to look for parking in this area! Impossible if it was the weekend or public holidays as the crowd gathers for the markets and staying in dozens of the neighbouring hotels. Had to wait hours and burnt gas scouting for a decent parking. Of course we got blocked by people who double parked us! Not of the hotel's fault, but it would be nice not to worry of going out for dinner/visit the tea plantation wht not, and coming back circling around hours just to find a parking spot... or getting blocked and standing waiting for the inconsiderate fool to move their car away.

The staff is very friendly and clean room”

Plus point is the location, it is situated in Brinchang town, you can walk to anywhere, no need to drive. The room is clean and up to our expectation, furthermore the price is very affordable. This hotel provide lifts not like other hotels in Brinchang area.

My opinion”

Pros: The location was strategic as it located near to a lot of our daily needed thing such as gas station, a lot of food restaurants and even minimarket. The room also came with a fan which rarely can be found at cameron highlands! Cons: There is only 1 room card given to you. Its quite unconvenience..which when 1 of u wanna go out...u need to call your partner to open the door...i hope the hotel can improvise on this issue...at least there should gave 2 access card. I can even hear next room knocking the wall..maybe its because of the wall was not so thick(i am not sure) but the sound was quite absurd and clear. Oh ya the bed was quite small..but ya . U get what u pay for...🙂🙂🙂

Good location ”

1. In the middle of all attractions in cameron highland 2. Basic hotel and very clean. 3. Easy access to main road 4. Nearby mini market, next to mamak shop, nearby cameron square, butterfly farm, kea farm night market. 5. Public car park just in front of the hotel.

Great room for the price”

i stayed at this hotel for one night only, and overall, it is quite a pleasant stay. nice room and spacious bathroom, near to kfc and other restaurants. the parking space is quite limited, but will only be a problem during weekends, in my opinion. should be a good value for budget traveller or as a short detour if you are traveling from north to south of malaysia/vice versa and stop by at cameron highlands.
