"Perfect pool for kids and adults (no umbrellas so no shade in the pool so take good protection for your kids), great room (bathroom can be slippery, only rain shower, and stage under bed a bit dangerous if not cautious), Very reasonable restaurant prices and food is good, amazing gardens and layout, easy transportation in/out the hotel, 5min from the ferry at Thong Sala, definitely my new getaway place for week end!!! "Good location for what we required. The staff able to assist with all queries - directed to scooter rental just across the road (200thb/day). Room was clean on arrival but no room service provided throughout our stay (rooms not cleaned/towels not changed). Fridge did not work in the room - and no complimentary water provided (although states in the booking). Bed was very very hard and therefore not comfortable. Nonetheless, had a pleasant enough stay - very friendly staff and easy to get to and from the ferry pier. "

"Getting to the villa was easy, for 100baht per person, the taxi drops you off at the main road which is less than a 10min ride from thong sala pier. Unfortunately the only thing we didn't like was that it was a dirt road that lead into the main lobby area and we had gone during rainy season which meant mud everywhere and also portholes. Otherwise as you approach the villa, the first impression is WOW. It is quaint and cosy and well worth the price. Food was pretty good and catered towards people who cannot tolerate spicy food. Quality of the food is good but a little pricey especially when you compare it to nearby hotels and restaurants but food just outside on the main road is quite easily available. The room is small but clean. Served its purpose well. The bathroom was quite a decent size and clean. My best feature was the in built safe which I noticed most budget hotels do not have. Next thing which this budget hotel had was a pool. It looked inviting but sadly we never got a chance to go in. The BEST part about this hotel is the staff....they are so friendly, so helpful. Provided us with any information we required be it renting a bike, booking a ferry ticket to Koh Samui or getting more information about diving. so friendly, she makes you feel at home. She will give you advice on what to do where to go and definitely is there to help you in any possible way. Truly we loved our stay there and recommend it highly. "

"Phatcheree was a great place to stay. We came here during the summer for a relaxing holiday and I wish we could have stayed longer! Very popular hotel, location is excellent and it is right next to the beach. Authentic food cooked on site to suit guests from all over the world. I highly recommend this hotel."
