"We experienced some of the best Vietnamese accommodations and hospitality during our trip to Sapa. Our plan was to book three different hotels in several different areas around Sapa. First night in Sapa stayed at Pao’s. . . second night at another more rustic hotel. . . third night – Back to Pao’s! Front office manager (Mr. Thang) – went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He was supported by friendly and capable front line staff including Mr. Dat and Mr. Duong. All of the staff could speak English well and couldn’t have done anything more to make our trip there easy and special. During our check-out, Mr. Thang handed us his card and let us know if there was anything he could do. . . to let him know. After one night in a different hotel, we came running back to Pao’s. We were greeted with upgraded room and warm welcome from all the staff – that treated us like returning VIPs. "KK Sapa Hotel was a pleasure form the moment of entering the door. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was not just following the default questions like in most hotels but was clearly genuinely interest in what I came to do in Sapa. The room was super clean and spacious. The hotel has access to two different streets which it easy to go around. The price was a good deal for what I got and I can highly recommend it to people visiting Sapa. "

"Nice 5 star hotel in Sapa. Very clean and tidy. Nice view of the mountain specially when partially cloudy. Staff are extremely helpful. May be I should put the comment for the tour. The tour is booked from the hotel for a full day private tour 43$ per person. The tour stated 9.15 am , lunch stated at 1.25 pm. Then the tour ended after lunch about 2.15.pm. With no activities after lunch. It looks like a half day tour with lunch. And the lunch is poor quality. I think the management are keen to know this comment for guest better service This comment is also passed to the reception front desk. "

Even though this is 3-star hotel, for me, it is better than the 5-star Novotel Phu Quoc hotel where we just stayed a week earlier. The view of Aira Boutique Sapa Hotel is beautiful as it faces to the Muong Hoa valley. The bedroom is clean and cozy. Breakfast was very good. Services are excellent ..."

"I can't speak highly enough of this space. 1. The view is fantastic, we were traveling all around Sapa for a few days and were mesmerized, but we only realized that the best view was right in the room we booked! Couldn't focus on my books cause the view was THAT good 2. Location is spectacular: 40k from city center, walking distance to three (or four or five depending on your walk-ability) villages, makes for endless trekking adventures. 3. Awesome breakfast! Good variety, nice hot station, fresh juice, etc. 4. Great services. Recommend room service for a nice dinner with good view. Kind, nice reception. Pro-tip: Invest in the paranoma room! Or maybe the villa valley view if you're a big room. Maybe bring an extra mosquitoe spray, but you're in the woods after all. Walk around the valley at night for some star-gazing, moonlight walk, etc. lots of fireflies too. Really magical. Oh and check out the pool view, feels like swimming in a cloud. "This is four times to Sapa. I was very happy with my stay at Chau Long ! We usually stay at another hotel in Sapa when we vacation in Sapa, but I saw the advesting in the Agoda for this one, and they had a fantastic special going on! We got the room for $20 included breakfast less per night than the other hotel, Room was very clean, nice décor. The staff very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I try to stayed here one more time as soon as possible."

"You won't regret this choice! My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. The location is A 10 minute walking distance to the center of the town, right next to the best restaurant! (Good Morning View Restaurant). The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, always happy to help and always with a smile. Every request we had, they happily helped us. Arranged day tours, a driver to take us to some beautiful locations. When we left to our late night bus, they packed us a snack to go and ordered a taxi for us, free of charge! Best hotel in Sapa!"

"A group of 5 young ladies from HCM that were very lucky to find this new hotel in Sapa. Even though we stayed only 1 night but we could not be more pleased with the service, special thanks to ms Nhàn and mr Trung (both work at front office) that not only upgraded our rooms for free but also gave us alot of good tips during our visit in Sapa. The facilities are all brand new cuz the hotel was just recently opened, location is the best part cuz its right next to the lake and market, there's alot of local resto around. I would recommend this new hotel to everyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in Sapa. P/s breakfast is also very good with plenty of choices. Ms Trân from HCM."

"we stayed here for one night for our Trip to sapa we arrived early morning the staff very helpful, they help and recomend everthing for us. very good room and very clean with great view.good location food and drink are very good. i do love this hotel and friendly staff. we tired from jorney but when we meet all helpful staff here our tired gone away.
