Hotels with Jacuzzis in Malang

"Staying with my family in this hotel for few nights. Very nice property with fully equipped facility for a five stars resorts. Staffs are very humble and which is normal while you are in Indonesia. They were also very helpful and friendly. If you can explain more the facility guest can try during check in would be much useful. I feel less luxury when i entered the restaurant with very poor sound system compare to the grand and spacious restaurant size, they only have centralize sound system with active speakers which for me not acceptable for this level of hotel. At least you should set up decent brand that can distribute traditional music in all area of restaurant especially outside, this i believe can add atmosphere. The food quality is delicious however can be improved. Need to improve the speed of eggs station in the breakfast time, poor kitchen staff who worked there in the weekend time or busy time. Get your self better pan who can make omelette four-five pieces a time.. took ages to wait for eggs order due to long queuing. Try to think how to stop birds to enter the restaurant, I am sure you know how important to keep the food clean and hygiene. I saw in the breakfast time one bird flew and drop their feather all over the place meanwhile the buffet is underneath. Kids club should put on carpets on the floor due to chilly weather in Malang. Resort offer free transportation to several attraction such as Jatim Park 1 and 2, BNS, Museum Angkut. The room also size is huge but less facility and furniture, no flower in the room during arrival, good amenities selection, the bath tube shower handheld can't be use and the tube seem like leaking. No ironing in the room, no shoes make up facility, room slightly dark. My room is included for the rijsttafel but the funny thing was (you will be asked to manage everything by your self) not easy in how your are going to eat the food in your rooms, as the staff will say the food trolley will not be set up in the room. "Hotel has everthing we (hotel guest) need! All the facilities were fantastic, they have a big pool, playground pool for kids, mini golf, a lot of playground, wall climbing, sauna, etc you name it! But the breakfast tasted so bad! They have to improve it like a lot! The hotel is stand in the main street of batu malang and attached to the Jatim Park 3 area"

"The best thing is the facilities which are very complete; swimming pool outdoor, indoor, sport arena (basket, badminton, futsal, volleyball), library, karaoke, jacuzzi, sauna, etc, so much worth the price, be sure you have enough time to enjoy all the facilities. The location is also great, 5 minutes walk to jatim park 1, from there you can have shuttle to other jatim park group. Everything went well on our stay, good shower, hot water, clean and comfy bed, spacey room. So much recommended for family holiday."

"I went here with my mum & dad, both are about 60 who could get very whiny if they stay in bad place, yet they didn't (yay!) and they even asked me and my fam to stay here again in case we would go to Batu in the future. The hotel has just been built in May 2013, the facilities are still in the prime condition, it is located near Jatim Park 1 & 2 and BNS (Batu Night Spectacular), about 20mins ride to Selecta (Apple-Picking site), and you can see the bird-eye view of Batu City in front of the hotel. A nice place to stay indeed! But please note in mind that this hotel is in Batu, not in Malang, which means it is far from nightlife haha. During nighttime the hotel's very quiet--nice for my group, idk with you all."

"Awalnya pesimis melihat medan jalan yang kami tempuh (don't trust google 100%) dan penerangan yang minim. TAPI semua diluar pikiran kami. Lokasinya terang dan villanya 120% out of our Mind! "The good point of this hotel : - huge garden +children playground - best mountain view - warm water swimming pool - fast check in (better than last year when I went here ) - nice staff ( can speak English) - good food ( their chef has improved so much better) ,free buffet breakfast in sekartadji restaurant - jogging+bicycle track - strawberry farm - camping ground - free wifi (they had better wifi speed quality now) - 5 meeting rooms - Easy to find ,location at the main road to Selecta. - Large fishing pond - Spa I recommended this hotel for : -families with children. -People who wants to find quietness and peace. -Transit hotel to Bromo mountain. - only 3km to Jatim Park,Museum Angkut, and Alun alun Batu, so after you've been tired playing all day,you can rest here. - For companies who wants to held a meeting, and Âincluding outbond Tips: - booked the cottage suite room for better interior -ask for the room face the inside garden which have a better view. "Pros: modern villa, very clean, well equipped, nice furnitures, easy to locate. Cons: no contact number provided from villa prior to arrival, leaving us stranded outside the villa with no one to contact. We literally had to google for the contact number. Master bedroom smells like toilet, no aircon on the 2nd floor it was hot and humid. Shower doesnt have enough pressure, Not suitable for family with young children. "
