"We grabbed a coffee in the restaurant Sat evening. There was only 1 waiter. Poor guy had to run around and do everything by himself. 10 tables with guests. He was doing a great job though. During breakfast we had to ask for a fresh coffee, milk and scrambled eggs as they were missing from the Swedish table. On checking out unpleasant female brunette receptionist wanted to make us pay again for the room even though we already paid via agoda on reservation. When called agoda they fixed it but the receptionist offered no apologies. This was very disappointing as the hotel was great the good bye experience changed our feelings about the whole stay. "
