新しいホテル”

至って普通のホテル。新しいため、清潔ではあるが、塗装の匂いが消えておらず、窓を閉め切るとシンナー系の匂いが充満する。何とかならないものか。 敷地内に食事場所はあるが、街中に比べ高いため使っていない。 車移動でなければ使いづらい場所。 正直、印象の薄いホテルでした。

Actually I've booked for 1 Double Bed, but when I check-in the staff told me that the Double Bed not available and offer me 2 Singles Bed. At first I feel a bit disappointed, but because of the very polite apologize and good service from the welcome desk staff and also the crew to bring us to view for the room available. I've decided to accept their offer for 2 Singles Bed Room finally. Good environment and room very clean. For sure I'll go to stay again for my next trip

Great place to refresh and unwind”

No frills no fuss, I had a very pleasant stay thanks to the ambience and the great staff, english skills were limited but they went out of their way to get communication happening , they phoned an interpreter for me when I explaind I had no Thai language skills at all. The restaurant was a special treat.

Great condition room, big and clean”

We booked the cheapest room in the list but Agoda called to informed us that the room was fully booked. So they have upgraded us to the double bed suite room (Thanks Agoda!!). The room was in the newest building of the resort. It has plenty of space although it has a big king size bed because it has nothing else except another small table and a small freezer which is good enough for our stay. The only thing to comment is the bed is hard (don't expect a soft bed). The location is a bit far from the city center and there is no public transport. You need a car to travel to the city center. Nothing else near the resort.

Wireless not working. Bad service. Reception always answer to the phone during check in and check out. So I have to wait for her done with the telephone. Also no shampoo just soap. Wifi not work all the time. Kind of odor in the room.

Resort is deep in forest that you should drive to get in there. Overthere is calmly the suitably for people who need stay in silence.
