Excellent and Superb Customer Service and Hotel Experience”
This is our third stay at Asrodel. We keep on coming back here and still choosing it over others because simply to me, it stood out from the rest. It may not be rated as a 5 star hotel but the quality of services they offer and the facility including room itself are at par with the most luxurious hotels in Davao. I just have another feedback for Manong Guard. It’s the same feedback I had from my two most recent experience. So I hope he’ll be reminded to perform his duty. I don’t expect him to act as if we’re superior of him because we’re not. I just expect him to make us feel welcome and secured because I think as guests, we’re entitled to that. But I’m not saying that we’re entitled to be served like kings and queens. Just that kind of vibe - welcoming and always willing to offer his help, opening the door for us especially if we’re bringing a lot of stuff, (not necessarily bringing the stuff for us). Remember that he’s the first face we see before reception.

The staffs are very approachable, friendly and polite ✨✨✨ The rooms are clean. The place is very convenient because it has near access mostly to the things you need like banks, ATM Machines, Roxas Night Market, UM (where you can print documents), Davao City Hall, Malls, and 7/11. Perfect hotel to spend your vacation in Davao!

The cleanliness is superb! The room amenities are also very good (large TV, work desk, and comfortable bed with duvet). The staff are also very attentive and caring. This is my new go-to hotel in Davao!

Accommodating staff, great location in the center of the city. Near a lot of food stalls, shops, and just near Roxas. Very nice room, great value for money! Good thing they’re in Agoda now under Oyo :) Looking forward to staying here again soon. ❤️

Best location since it's just a block away from Roxas night market. The staff is very accommodating. And the internet is super fast! This will be my go-to hotel when I visit Davao City.

Great hotel. Worth the money”
We loved this hotel. Check-in was smooth. Staffs were very polite, especially Mr. King. We had a little bit of a problem though the first time we checked into our room. The room itself was great, big, had couch and small fridge. However, it wasn’t that clean (only the corner parts of the floor) and there was no bathroom mat in the bathroom when we got there. So we informed the front desk and sent in the housekeeping right away. Housekeeping were so Polite and Attentive to our needs. The hotel was located in the heart of Davao. The location was very convenient for us. Plus, it was very affordable for the kind of room we got. The room we had was Superior Double Room. Will definitely check-in to this hotel again for our next visit in Davao.

Pros Strategic location (downtown) Very nice rooms and sheets Wifi fast enough Friendly staff Near karenderias and convenience stores Cons Service water you have to get yourself from the ground floor Some rooms have a lot of mosquitos upon entering however they can quickly change your room if you request Not sound proof - you can hear the noice from the hallway Some rooms have a creepy door in-between (meant for family rooms)

New and clean facilities and rooms, centrally located, and excellent customer service! I love their staff, very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Wish they have their own restaurant but the good thing is there are dining places nearby.
