The accommodation has got the view of Abreeza mall at the back and you can see part of the mountains as it is the 20th floor. We had problem finding the place as the caretake said that the name of the building is Abreeza Chills. The name of the condo building is Abreeza place. There is Anreeza Residences at the back of Seda hotel then you can find the Abreeza place next to the ongoing construction of Alveo Condo. There is only one bath brown towel and its old, bed sheets are not white like the hotel standard. Design is nice minimalist. Sofa is quite old. When we arrived the rooms smelled chlorine could be from the bathroom so we open the windows at the bathroom and the smell went away for a few minutes. There is one stove for cooking but cooking pan needs a new one. You need to buy your own drinking water and pay for your own internet. Overall stay is okay for the price. You cant really find a good cleanliness standard in the Philippines unless you pay a premium. Condotel is cheaper but hassle if you book online as you need to ask where to find the key etc. unlike the hotel you just go to the front desk and check in. We find condotel annoying but we are just patient as we are looking for a bit cheaper accommodation. If we have unlimited amount if money, wed rather stay in a 5 start hotel for a smooth transaction and great service.

inclusions stated is not true, on top concierge/guards are not accommodating room not clean/ towels/ blanket seems used. It is not a good place to stay.

Worst place ever! The Kitchen was too dirty they just left a dirty Rag in the Kitchen!and I know for sure they didn’t Clean the place! We were 4 Persons and they just given us 2 Ugly Towels and when i requested for 2 more towels they just told me they will give us but never came!! The Pillows are damaged and too DIRTY what a shame! Sorry but what I paid was tooo much for that kind a Room! Please don’t ask for too much money but never give a Good service!!I know it’s not a Hotel but atleast do you’re Job properly! Shame on you!!

I would say that this room is really perfect for a family. Spacious enough and nice location. I hope that the light in the living area and the heater would be fixed soon. And I hope that the host will update the contact number on this website and in the room. 7/10 for this room. See you again soon!

contact no on agoda app of host is not updated. wrong number when dialed. shower heater not functioning. beddings was somewhat used already. bad smell of the beddings. ants are all over. our food got ants on the dining table.

Do not book this room. This is the worst room I have seen and should not be posted. I cancelled and took the hit on the cash. Even though it was cheap it was dreadful. Security were rude to us. Do not book this room as you will be devastated promise.

The location is great but the room is dirty, the facilities inside are not comfortable to use.I definitely not recommend.And smells not good for us to stay.Really not a good choice to stay.

This is an amazing place. Great location, great home. Just a little request though. We know this is not a hotel but we do hope we get to have dry towels and clean floor mat next time.

Fraud”
This apartment was the worst accommodation I have ever seen and what I experienced is a scam. This started with the fact that the photos on Agoda were fake and the equipment was much worse in reality than shown in the photos. Promised was free WiFi and free use of the outdoor pool. However, that was a big lie. Both (wifi and the pool) had to be paid extra. The apartment itself was extremely dirty, unhygienic and the wet area even smelled. The extremely small instantaneous water heater for the hot water supply was leaking, so water was constantly leaking out and making it necessary to shut off the main water connection to avoid flooding the bathroom. A shower under such condition was a mas. The stove in the kitchen was broken - so cooking was not possible. The TV was also broken. The air conditioning was extremely loud and had to be turned off during the night, which made the room uncomfortably hot. Due to these big defects, this apartment may not be rented out and would have to be regenerated and cleaned beforehand. Because of the false promises (free WiFi in the pool) this must be rated as a scam. The owner of the apartment should be punished and banned from Agoda immediately.

I like the place because it is in the heart of the city and very near to a mall which I could buy my needs.”

Good but not great”
The owner is responsive but when I came the wifi is not working. The water heater is not working. There's a big black stain on the toilet floor. The washing machine water drainage is clogged by a lot of hair. I had to pick it up for the water to flow. When washing clothes, no place to hang the wet clothes. I hope my comments will make the place better. I wish to go back when it is renovated.
