Bad experience. ”

Booked this hotel through agoda during end of May. On 24/6 email agoda to check the payment is charge to my credit card or pay at hotel and on 27/6 one day before check in to hotel they charged to my credit card. On 28/6 I reached the hotel, found out that the hotel was under renovation and there was a girl sitting at the counter. She ask for my name and told me that the hotel was under renovation since 2 weeks ago and they hv contacted agoda to inform me. The girl said they hv book a nearby hotel for me and someone will bring me there. I told the girl that they shld hv informed me earlier and not they choose the hotel for me. Email and call agoda and their answer was wait for the hotel owner reply but until now no further answer from agoda.

Overall the hotel was good and valued the paid money, the staff on other hand were helpful especially Mei ,, however little bit noisy if you stayed in room with windows as if you are light sleeper you won’t sleep with that street noisy, but still you can choose to have the room without windows it’s super quiet.

Basic breakfast. Nice drinks at reasonable prices. Noisy at night as we were put in the front room closest to the busy road. Easy to find food all around. Good as a stopover.

hotel badly need maintenance ”

Good hotel but need to up keep their maintenance. Lots of facilities damage . Example = power point plug , side table loose , blown light bulb on bedside lamp . leaking shower head . Ever since this hotel was build years ago , I had been staying in this hotel every time I go to HCM. When new everything was 5 stars about this hotel. Sad to see the property owner never seem to bother about its maintenance causing the hotel to slowly degrade itself.

Impolite staff ”

Well for me this hotel kinda neat and clean , but you know housekeeper are quite impolite , first day I stayed at this hotel housekeep complain our room to receptionist that we make their bedsheet dirty , even we not , receptionist come to complain us that if this night we still make a mess on a bedsheet they will charge us , so ridiculous the receptionist also don’t know how to talk nicely with us , next times if you want to complain a customer you need to have evidence , housekeeper look at us with an unwelcoming impression since first day we check in , my last time there !!!

The friendly and nice staff”

Overall the location and the hotel are good. we can easy go around the city. and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Just have a little bit suggestion, because of the limitation of coffee, tea or juice when the breakfast time. we have request the add 1 more cup of drink after eating, and the staffs said that 1 person only allow have 1 cup with 1 meal only.

Hotel need to maintain their facilities ”

The air con in my room is not working. It is totally blowing out just normal temperature air. The hotel is full with no other room to change. Technician came but could not do anything. Sweating in the room . The Staff is very helpful and trying their best to help my situation. However i feel the hotel should improve on their facilities maintenance ... air con not working , not cold , wall plug damage and not working .

Value for money, worth to stay ”

Spacious room, clean and tidy. Strategic location easy to access various attractions. Air-con is cold enough, staying at 1st floor also can sleep well (maybe we are too tired our sleepiness overwhelmed the traffic noise). Breakfast is so so, just the washroom doorlock is spoiled, hot water is unstable

The hotel itself was mediocre but the location is quite good and central located and the staff is helpful. So if you just look for a clean place to stay it's fine for good price. The internet speed was not good but OK

Fantastico”

Had a nice stay! Had ordered tourist SIM and they received it, and handed over to me as I checked in. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby and Ben Thanh market. Also close to the water puppet theatre! Breakfast choice was limited but good!

Pros : - location is perfect! Just walking distance to famous Malaysia Street, Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. - comfortable bed and clean room - friendly and helpful staffs - just beside 24 hours convenience store 'Circle K' Cons : - they don't serve halal foods for breakfast, but for me its okay since i can have my halal meals at 2mins walking distance Malaysia Street.

The hotel is decent. The free breakfast is ok. Not enough food. I stayed in the deluxe downtown room, it's good. Need a paint job but overall not too bad. I'd stay here if it wa under $30/night. But not really worth $35-40 a night.

Good for 1 night stay”

I booked the room without window because I have stayed here before and didn’t want the noise coming through the window. The room was clean. Probably wouldn’t recommend staying here more than a night. Short walk to Ben Thanh Market with a convenience store and HSBC ATM next door.

Nice modern convenient”

I like the balcony suite room but they only have 1 so have to book early. However I have tried their standard room and city view double room. Both are as good and clean. Breakfast is very limited to 1 cup coffee and menu each only. Extra have to pay. But simple breakfast. Surrounding many eateries. Extend room till 6pm cost 370k vnd if your flight is night time. Acceptable.

Excellent Location”

Great location, staff speak English, breakfast is ok. Everything is just fine however if you're a light sleeper please do not book room with balcony. It faces the main road and vehicles noises will not give you a peaceful night

Best hotel with perfect location”

We stay 4 days. Perfect location, near the malaysian street and ben thanh market and other must see places. Clean, nice, friendly stuff. Staff cleaning room every morning,change new towels and clean our garbage. Really a budget hotel to recommend. Small store and HSBC atm is next to hotel, also many shops, reastaurants.

Parents & Grandparents”

My parents gave the review, stating that the place was ideally located, since it was near Ben Thanh Market and the muslim food places. The staff are kind and approachable, so it was very easy for my parents to enquire for any doubts. Ths place is clean and quite spacious, alongwith the bathtub. Would consider this place again.

i pay this hotel under promotion. price very affordable and my family like it. staff very friendly and can help us very well. location very strategic near to attraction place and can sleep very well without heard any noisy thing.
