Beautiful hotel in the city center”

Hotel locates in the central of City with view to Halong Bay and Bai Chay Bridge (if you choose room with sea view). We booked 2 rooms for our family. The room is spacious and nice designed. Breakfast is various of Asian and western food. We really enjoyed and definitely will come back.

Ottimo”

Great hotel with wonderful facilities but the location is a bit far off from anything. If you want somewhere to relax and stay in the hotel most of the time, this is a great location. But not ideal for seeing much of the surrounding area without a lot of taxi rides. We did not eat at the hotel as most items on the menu seemed wildly over-priced for the location.

Good location with great view but not very professional staff”

To be fair, this can only be 4 star hotel only as the hotel has good location with great view but other things such as facilities, staff, etc. are at moderate level. The room is big and quite comfortable but there's no earstud in the bathroom which is so annoying. And it's hard to find a proper electric plug so the hair dryer could work. I had a dinner at Chinese restaurant of which the cost is quite reasonable for a set. The food was ok with stunning view. But the kids playing around so noisy with their buble just destroyed the moment. Plus every ten minute there's a waitress come to clear the plates without asking if we finished them or not. And a minus point when I found out there's cockcroach in the dining room.

Nice breakfast, helpful and friendly staff”

It is not far away from Sun World but need to walk abt 15-20 mins reach. the view from the restaurant is nice. Can see the Sun Wheel and the cable car. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we could not find our driver for transport back to Hanoi, they helped us to call the agency.

High quality - but a bit off”

Nice hotel and excellent room. The hotel is located opposite of the harbour and beyond walking distance to the harbour and the main town. In the winter season, all nearby facilities are basically closed and it is more like stranded on a desert island

Nice place for a good price ”

It was a beautiful room and an amazing view ! Standard big hotel vibe but for $120 AUD it was above and beyond my expectations . The room was massive with views of the bay in every direction . Staff was super nice . My only complaint was they got us a taxi at 600k rate to the airport but when we got there the meter said half the price . So get your own ride to the airport or get ripped off : /

Mistake with breakfast”

I didn't notice that my booking does not include the break fast, so I have to buy it for 25 USD per pax. The breakfast is too poor for that price. Other than that, everything is good, room is large and beautiful. View to Ha Long bay is great. Staff is friendly. I like the room very much. However beware with people outside, the taxi, the restaurants, you can be over charged.

Great location where you can just walk around and find plenty of restaurants . Upgrade to sea view room to witness the beautiful bridge by the bay .

Nice hotel but not value for money. ”

This hotel has excellence location and view of the bay, Bai Chay Bridge and Sun Wheel. Bathroom is huge with good layout and facility. Bed is comfortable but the heat and humidity makes the duvet and pillow smelly. Breakfast quality and choice is a bit above average. There is a lot of room for improvement for staffs at front desk,kid club and the swimming pool. Staffs in the buffet restaurant are helpful and attentive. In conclusion, for the money paid, I would probably choose somewhere else for my next visit to Ha Long Bay.

Khách sạn có hệ thống khí rất thoáng, mùi dễ chịu. Bể bơi hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch, lại có bóng râm cả ngày nên trẻ em bơi thoải mái. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Mình để quên điện thoại của bé ở phòng, chưa kịp hỏi lại thì bạn nhân viên buồng đã liên lạc để trả lại.

Luxury at an affordable price”

Very satisfied with overall experience. Room is spacious and clean, all amenities fit for a 5 star hotel. Had dinner at the hotel cafe, and the coffee is marvelous. Staffs are very attentive and helpful, helped arrange my transportation to Hanoi. Nice view of the bay as well. Two thumbs up!

Very good location and value for money”

We stayed at this hotel after our cruise in Halong Bay. The location was very good with a theme park near and good restaurant. We got a very good restaurant recommendation from the receptionist that was not expensive but very tasty. The hotel has a ramp that is helpful for my father who is using a wheelchair. The breakfast has a very nice varieties and taste good. We got an upgrade to deluxe room with sea view that was so spectacular. We could see the Ferris Wheel and Cable Car from the nearby theme park and also the bridge and the cruise ship. Definitely will stay at this hotel again!

Awesome view. Love the room that we stayed for 3 nights as it can view the outsanding panaroma ”

I would prefer the family room to have queen bed and single. We chosed twin bed as there are 4 of us. Luckily the boys are still small so that we still can share the bed. Yes, the hotel do provide roll up bed, but who want to sleep on the floor when you already paid for a 5 stars hotel price

Amazing stay in Ha Long”

We got an upgrade and our room was absolutely stunning! We had sea views, a balcony, a giant bedroom and bathroom and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. There is also a bar on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff was excellent!!”

We arrived at the hotel quite late at night and we would leave for another city at the evening of the next day. The staff offered us late check-out without us asking and said so we would have more time to enjoy the city. it was excellent!
