The receptionist staff were friendly courteous and quite helpful. The hotel ‘s location is ideal......close to the metro, tram, restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean. Should we have the option of revisiting Milan, the hotel would be our very first choice. We would however request a room that does not face the Main Street.......Milan is a busy city even late at night. Sincere thanks for such a warm welcome. Adèle and Tom Ottawa, Canada

Second home from home”
The stuff is very attentive and accommodative, especially Ludovica. Breakfast could be a little better. And the rest is excellent. Stayed in different hotels in Milan, even in 5*, but always come back here.

Great hotel! Room is very modern, big bathroom, very comfortable bed. Location is in the centre but a bit far away from duomo, we took a subway, 10 min, or 25 min walk

Comfort and Convenience ”
Staff were generous and attentive after our very early arrival (7:30). The room was comfortable, with good amenities. Sitting on top of a metro provided easy access to all the sights.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the wonderful memories ten years ago made it the place to stay this time. The room was tiny, but exquisite. (The walls are a little thin, so the argument happening in the next room was difficult to ignore.). I would go back in a heartbeat. Staff was just wonderful.

The hotel is nice in general. Positive: location, cleanliness, decoration Negative: only few choices for breakfast, noise insulation can be improved (can hear when the guests next to me were using the bathroom)

Good location and view, but staff is not really supportive as other hotels. It might be because they have a lot of rooms but I was very disappointed with hotel staff and services

Noisy, Tidy, door not close properly”
- The only good thing is, it's near the Metro - Every time when the train passing the hotel, it's very noisy, you can hear it very loud and clear. Guarantee that you cannot have a good sleep at all. - Feel insecure, no door chain. - Staff put me on the 1st floor, that's the nearest to hear the train. - My 1st room, the toilet cannot flush properly after I was informed, they moved me to another room, the same floor, still noisy from the train. - My 2nd room, the door cannot close properly it means anyone can get in, you have to push the door till you hear the latch get into the strike plate. - As I mentioned, after the maid made up the room, the door was not locked from the outside because they didn't close the door properly. I can push the door without using the key card. - The window does not protect the noise from the outside, I can hear people talking, rain touched the roof next to my room, etc. - No enough equipment at the gym, only 1 threadmill, 1 cycling, a few small weight dumbells, no water tank in the gym. - Food was just okay, bacon , ham, sausage very salty.
