Comfortable hotel in good location”
We enjoyed our stay at the West Hotel. Our room was comfortable, the staff were professional, the location suited us nicely. The hotel is located opposite a great market and a short walk from the river front, night markets, and cafes. The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. We appreciated the help we received for booking our bus tickets, help with our luggage, good service in the restaurant, good housekeeping, good reception, Breakfast and meals were all good. We would stay again.

A lovely option in a very interesting part of Can Tho”
My boyfriend and I spent four nights here in May, and we loved it. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great! The pool and rooftop also had stunning views. The entrance to the hotel opens onto a bustling market street, so if you want to see how many people in Can Tho live, this is the place for you. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Can Tho.

Best Hotel in Southeast Asia”
The hotel staff though struggling for English are very very accommodating and helpful. I never thought I can stay in a 4 star hotel for a a lower online booking. The facilities- the best and the food, I love it! I will stay here again.

Good location and nice staff”
The hotel near to night market and easy to walk nearby places. The staff also very polite and understand english well. Breakfast nice too but the hotel area is near with market so it quite noisy but lucky we stay at high level.. Overall is good.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff”
Hotel is super clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. We were even upgraded to a nice room. However the setback is the frontal facade. As the front entrance opens out to the morning market practically at the doorstep, it ruins the overall image of a 4* hotel. Stinky and noisy.

Great Hotel”
We chose the Deluxe Double room and it was gigantic, way bigger than expected with a whole living room area and incredibly spacious bathroom, King bed, etc. Very impressed with the room. Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing special but the range was decent. Location wise it's right in a traditional market with about a 8-10 min walk to the Wharf area which is really quite amazing especially at night. Would definitely come back to this hotel when next in Can Tho.

Pleasant surprise”
Excellent value with few if any complaints. The staff was very friendly on check in and through out our visit. The room was very large, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was definitely five star! Really beautiful and well appointed, plenty of electrical outlets, well maintained, with a really wonderful shower. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Our only disappoint was dinner on the rooftop, food was overpriced for the quality. Kitchen on first floor, dining on the 12th. food cold on arrival. located on the waterfront in the middle of the local market which gives a great experience of the real Vietnam, close to the night market and esplanade along the waterfront. Really a pleasant delightful stay. We Recommend!

Large well appointed rooms in a great location ”
Situated next to the lively fruit and vegetable market and adjacent to the river. Some rooms have excellent river views. This is a great value superior hotel close to amenities. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful.

Hard to find”
No light at the front , quite difficult to find the hotel . There are 2 building with same address . Looks like the hotel is renewed , so the decorations don't match , the interior colors are different to each others , old things and new things . The bed looks great and new , toilet is very clean . Good hotel in overall , but need to do something in detail to make it look better (wall , window , interiors ...)

Rooms are clean & spacious. My daughter enjoyed the bath tub a lot. Staffs are friendly. The only drawback we faced was to find the hotel location. Must go through the back gate. Otherwise, everything is perfect according to the price paid.
