Excellent Location and Outstanding Value for Money”

Within view of the Jesus Statue and directly across the street from a nice stretch of beach. 10/10 when it comes to value for money and prime location. Didn't use the free breakfast or facilities, so can't vouch for them, but the rooms are a nice size, especially for the price. Friendly front desk staff and the property is very clean. Two fast elevators make it easy to move around, and despite construction up front, the property itself is very clean. And oh, good lighting in the rooms. Highly recommended.

Breakfast Buffet”

Maybe, Because I arrived on Sunday and had breakfast on Monday so not too many guests there . There was not variety of choices for breakfast although it was buffet and tastes great. It should have more choices as a 4-star hotel. Hope there will be better Breakfast for next visit.

Nice, but not worth the money”

The room was quite nice with a great view. However, Agoda listed this property as having a pool, where it really doesn't, just cold water Jacuzzis. That's probably not the property's fault but Agoda's. The jacuzzis also closed really early so we didn't get to use them our first day. I've stayed at other back beach hotels that were better located and half the price.

Really nothing special ”

The hotel and the way I see it is maybe 3.5* at the most. In the same money and in a near by location there are better 3* hotels. City view is very poor. Service at the reception gets a score of 70%. 85% for the restorunt and 90% for house keeping. Location in that part of Vung tau to the beach is: 100% and for some of Vung tau tourists attractions. The room is big, furnitures are OK. Breakfast for 4* is not much

Riva Hotel is in a great location, across the street from the "back beach". The winning factor is the big covered balcony that overlooks the beach. The room is nice, big comfy bed. tub in bath with a seaview too! The staff and reception is poor. many advertised amenities (hot tub, cable tv in room) were "getting maintenance" or "not available now". Considering the room cost it's not okay. The buffet breakfast is mediocre. you must arrive early or else much food is already gone and will not be replenished. I love the view from the balcony but next time we will find another hotel with a similar view with a pleasant, helpful staff and full amenities.

Professional stall, large room at the 6th floor , sea view with balcony and very clean. However, 2 main issues for relaxing good: Noisy traffic on the road even late in the night AND, noisy VN families with kids close by ! my second night was so bad. Yes a good spot for locals but sure it’s not for foreigners willing to pay $100 per night.

The best hotel in Vung Tau”

Everything was so great. I especially liked the breakfast buffet, unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the food that my husband n I chose. The reception staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean n the Premier Double Non-Smoking have amazing views of the ocean. One thing is the soundproof room in the hotel is not good. We don't feel comfortable about this, but overall it's fine. I will definitely come back to experience it one day. Highly recommend it n with the best prices in town!

Fine but jacuzzi can't be used”

Everything else is okay but I booked the hotel mostly bc i want to try the jacuzzi, but it turns out the water is too cold to get in. No hot water (and I was told there should be but somehow they turned off the hot water mode, prob to save some money)

First time in Vau Tau ,will be back !! Love the newly room view . Staff very friendly n helpful..well done. Except breakfast was simple n decent ...but wouldnt pay extra for it But no worries location was next to 711:)

I booked the seaview, the view of that room is superb ~♡ The hotel is clean, the dental set is good quality..... overall is fantastic. Only the second days morning a bit noisy outside. Kids playing the door bell, the neighbors door didn't close properly trigger the door alarm.... However I still like this hotel. In front is a beach, and have a convenience store beside hotel.

I’m very impressed by this hotel. Everything was perfect - the view overlooking the sea, the size of the room, and the modernity of all the equipment and furniture inside. This would’ve not been complete without mentioning how friendly the staff was. They explained the hotel rules to me and were always willing to keep my backpack at the reception desk whenever I left the hotel to take a walk. Great place! Totally worth the money.
