Great vacation again”
My husband is American and I am Vietnamese. We have no problems with the staffs and the communication. They understand him as much as me. They treat us with love, care and respect that I find no other places come close. I highly recommending this place to everyone that wants to visit Halong. You will have a royal treatment here. That is the reason why we came back for staying here 2 weeks instead of one week last year. We love this Vinpearl Halong resort and will be very sad to leave. Another reason that I love this resort is they made for us crab soup, Cha la lot, caramelized shrimp and pork scallions and pickled Chinese eggplant(ca). I haven’t eaten these dishes in 44 years. They made me feel so special and made my trip memorable.

Stunning luxury resort hotel ”
Gorgeous location, incredible views and the property is beautiful. We had a suite that was spacious and very clean. Private beaches as the hotel is located on its own miniature island. Really incredible place to stay. Only thing that could be improved is if the pool was heated as it’s very cold to get into! Other than that, it was perfect.

Extremely luxurious resort style hotel. ”
Excellent facilities include huge outdoor pool plus a decent sized indoor pool. Spa,s steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzi's, tennis courts, private beaches, it has the lot. When we had an issue with noisy neighbours we were shown five alternative rooms. The boat service to the mainland runs every 20 minutes and takes 5 minutes so it is very easy to go out to other restaurants. The staff made a real effort to assist us wherever possible. The is possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Oh yes, the food was excellent as well. 10/10.

More than what I expect ”
Really really nice hotel on an island in Ha Long Bay, nice and clean, considering staff recognize my running nose and takes me to hotel clinic and provide free medicine. A large and clean outdoor pool provide great time for my family, baby loves it so much. Worth to upgrade to panorama room.

Stunning but booring after a couple of days”
First impression is Wow! The room and facilities are really nice and the staff is genually nice and friendly. Great breakfast and the spa treatments are good and not overpriced. Kids club is ok. At first it looks great but after a while you find that there is not that many toys to play with after all. After a couple of days with the same food etc you get bored, so I think this is a perfekt weekend get away kind of place.

Best resort in Ha Long”
The Ocean View Executive Suite had two balconies facing the bay. The room was super clean and the staff was very attentive. There was outdoor and a heated indoor pool. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Highly recommend this place as romantic getaway or family vacation.

the best pho in Hanoi according to my husband and daughter. Staff is great, superb food but unluckily, the Pavilion is under maintenance when we went there, we missed the great dining experience by the Bay. But overall rating even if the Pavilion was closed, EXCELLENT!

Fancy and very comfy stay!”
The location is good.. near to the beach. The hotel gives an exclusivity feel as it is on an island by its own. The services are fabulous. Very prompt luggage delivery as soon as we check out and our camera got returned within an hour when we left in the hotel’s restaurant after breakfast.

Beautiful hotel but strange vibe”
Gorgeous hotel but staff need more training. They are all very polite but don't know how to help. We had to ask for any information needed as nobody told us anything. Firstly, nobody explained how to use the jacuzzi and when we finally asked they never told us where to get towels. Secondly, nobody explained to us where to go for breakfast in the hotel. Thirdly, charging 110,000 dong per tennis racket was a little ridiculous. Lastly, we got a driver to bring us from the Vinpearl Ha Long to Ninh Binh, a drive that should take approx 3.5 hrs. The driver had no idea where to go and would not follow our google maps which was correct. It took us 5 hrs to get to Ninh Binh.
