We spent our short holiday at Vietsopetro Resort for 2 days. At the first time I saw pictures on the internet, I didn't really like it comparing to other resorts in Ho Tram. However, when I stayed here, I completely surprised and felt excited. The room was super large with modern furniture and sea view. Although there were not many guests this season, we fully enjoyed our pleased time. Only minus point is around the unit, it was very hard to find any places to visit. Especially after 7PM, it was really dark outside. Overall, I truly love to stay here. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. Thanks so much for your kinf hospitality!

The restaurant is not managed well”
The location is great, the room is nice and clean, the swimming pool i okie Just only the restaurant is not good at management, the tables is for parties not for a buffet, it was not convenient for everyone to find the place for sitting and eating, that is the round tables for the wedding party or another party, The environment in the restaurant made me feel that the hotel is just 3 star even the facilities of the hotel should be 4 to 5 stars Anyway i think if the hotel manager can read my comments and improve their service I think this is the good hotel for everybody 🙂👍🏻

Large swimming pool is key feature . Resort is small but room is huge with nice seaview. Breakfast is not good.

It's a big place with nice swimming pool and big room. But the lift is filthy stinky with horrible sticker and a dirty mat on the floor. They really need to change it. I will never come back anyway. I'd rather pay more to stay in better place. Other than that, breakfast was ok for the value of money.

Staff seem to be relatives of the owners, unfriendly and not well trained. Ready to quarrel guests and try to charge for non-use service. Rooms are dirty and facilities are old and not in use. Poor breakfast with many flies on food. Never be back! Many other much better choices nearby.

1. Nhân viên: Thái độ của các bảo vệ giữ xe, canh gác, nhân viên trực hồ bơi, và lao công rất thân thiện và dễ thương, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và giải đáp những thắc mắc cũng như yêu cầu từ khách hàng. 2. Cơ sở vật chất: Nhìn chung thì khá ổn, tuy nhiên không gian hành lang rất tối, ảm đạm và thiếu sức sống. Diện tích khá rộng, nhưng không biết tận dụng không gian. Resort tập trung chủ yếu vào hồ bơi, vì không có bãi biển, dường như là không thể tắm được vì ống cống và bao cát phủ toàn bộ biển ở khu vực resort. 3. Đồ ăn: rất ngon và hợp khẩu vị, đầy đủ các món từ âu tới á.

View khách sạn và hồ bơi đep nhưng xung quanh quá cũ kỹ cần tu sữa lại. Vệ sinh phòng không được sạch các thiết bị cũng không kiểm tra trước khi để vào cho khách máy sấy tóc cả 2 phòng đều hư.
