We did a 3D2N cruise on Unicharm and were given a room on the first floor, with two single beds and a window with a killer view. The room was extremely comfortable and clean and ensuite was great. Meals were very good; drinks were charged separately. We were one of the only boats in Lan Ha Bay, and away from the rest of the cruises in Ha Long Bay. I really enjoyed the small, personalised feel of this cruise. Quang our guide was stellar. He was very attentive to detail, and followed us all the way from Hanoi to Halong Bay, our day excursions and back to Hanoi. Day excursions were really great. We kayaked into a gorgeous hidden bay, went hiking in Cat Ba national park and biked around the village on three separate days. Swims were exceptional. :) I highly recommend this tour and Quang, our tour guide who ordered a motorbike for me when I told him I wasn’t up for cycling, and watched out for others on our tour who were vegan/ vegertarians, looked out for those who needed to rest during the hike and had boundless enthusiasm and energy everyday!

Breathtaking cruise experience”
Unicharm cruise exceeded all our expectations. It was made even more memorable thanks to our guide, Tiger! We enjoyed all the fun activities, beautiful sights, and delicious food on board. Highly recommend everyone to try this cruise for a less touristy cruise route around Ha Long Bay❤️

Changed original cruise to La Casta cruise”
Unfortunately, the original cruise we booked (Cat ba) didn't go through and we were asked if we wanted to go on a La Casta cruise instead. This tour was in Halong Bay, stunning scenery but the only downside is the garbage floating around but to be honest, that's a problem that we've encountered throughout Vietnam. Our guide was extremely helpful and friendly, he made sure everyone was comfortable and helped us book a taxi. The food on the cruise was superabundant, up to the point where it was just too much but very tasty!

Eccezionale”
Our family had a good trip with UniCharm. They took us to Halong-Lan Ha bay which is very quiet and peaceful, avoiding the ever crowded usual Halong route. Kayaking and Cycling is a plus. Our guide Quang, is helpful. Highly recommended.

3 days 2 nights in Halong Bay”
We booked room with balcony that gave us 180 degrees of beautiful view from our room. Our tourist guide, Hi was a very smart English speaking young guy. We appreciated his energetic attitude & kindness all the times. He would immediately take other arrangement after knowing that my husband’s low back was not good for sitting in kayaking boat. And his colleague drove me instead. So that both of us could enjoyed a lot. All staff of the cruise always wear a smiling face with good service. The only disappointed was the food choice was not much and seemed the same for the days. Besides all was great.

Good Cruise, very good room and amenities, it is better to book it in their web page because they give you the shuttle as a promotion, but the Cooking Class need to be harder and it will be good that there was more time to swim!!

Great cruise experience ”
I and husband spent 3 days 2 nights in room with private balcony at 3/F. It’s more spacious than I expected. Clean room and open area. Food is yummy with wide choice. My husband particularly like bbq dinner. We enjoyed activities including trekking, cycling and kayaking. Tour guides are helpful, kind and informative. Relaxing time. Recommend!

Love the quiet and less crowd routes especially love most the kayaking session but too bad it was too short time to enjoy at the lagoon. Facilities on the cruise is very good and cleanliness is good also. Overall it was a good experience!

This is a lovely boat with clean, very nicely appointed rooms. The food was great and the scenery stunning. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The kayaking was good fun and we enjoyed the bike ride despite the early start. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and fun. The cruise itself was good as well. The route is different to other cruise companies so you feel really relax on this cruise. Good to enjoy all the charm of halong Bay without seeing other cruises around you

We decided to treat ourselves to this cruise over Christmas -- the 2 day, 1 night option. It was more money than other cruise providers, but the description and reviews looked positive, so we booked. We were not disappointed. Hotel pickup in Hanoi was fairly prompt and efficient. One thing we liked is that the transport van went directly from Hanoi to the boat, with no "shopping trip stops" along the way, which is apparently a thing. The downside to the ground transportation is that it is quite long when you factor in the drive to the coast, a ferry ride to Cat Ba Island, and then another drive to the pier. Speaking of Cat Bat Island, this was interesting because the boat left from this island rather than the usual Ha Long departure point. So it was a lot less busy! Food on the boat was really good and tasty. Bed was comfortable. The "excursions" (snorkeling and bike trips) were great and free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great value. Recommended!

The greatest vacation ever”
I had a last-minute booking for the trip and it turned out to be the best trip in the North I had ever had. The Cruise is more than clean and tidy. All the staffs are nice and friendly, helpful and kind. The Tourguide name Hieu led us to have a nice afternoon kayaking around Lan Ha bay. We spent 2 hours kayaking with leisure, enjoyed every moment peacefully. The next morning, we biked on Cat Ba Island to Viet Hai commune, a small village with quiet landscapes. Then we had a short trekking to Hang Doi (Bat Cave). I would like to recommend Unicharm Cruise because of its great quality, dedicated staffs and guide. They are extremely excellent at English as well. Unicharm deserves a 5-star rating. I started to miss my voyage right now.

最高の選択をしました。 船自体は年季が入っていますが、設備はとても新しく、きれいです。 食事はいずれもおいしく、十分な量が提供されます。 何よりもスタッフのホスピタリティが高く、ゲストを楽しませようという気持ちに溢れていました。 また、特筆すべきは、ガイドのMr.Hungです。 ハノイ周辺及びハロン湾における彼の知識はずば抜けており、素晴らしい英語力で正しく説明してくれます。 ツアー終了後にも、ハノイ及び我々の訪問予定であったホイアンのおすすめ情報を送ってくれました。 彼のおかげで最高のツアーになりました。 Thank you Mr.Hung.
