We reached the hotel pretty early after a 20-hour flight, had to head to the show/exhibition later on our arrival day, and the receptionist let us check in early to let us take a small break. It was really thoughtful and sweet.

1. The staff (Alessandra and Elisa) in the restaurant are very nice and helpful. We liked them very much. For sure, we will come back again! 2. The check-in takes a bit too long time due to their new system.

Fantastic location for Expo fiera as well as Metro. Hotel offers bus service. Very clean and staff so friendly. Only downside no english movie channel, only BBC and CNN

Lots of plus…. Modern, stylish, clean, bright, breakfast decent, spacious, rooms beyond what we imagined by far. Generally very happy. 8/10 for sure. Negatives (only slight)….,. Location 30-60 mins from central Milan but easy route, staff can be ignoring/abrupt, bar so busy 30 min wait, price for this particular weekend sky high but imagine event going on as all were.

too far away from Milan, you need to make more clear how far away is this hotel . and last day hotel charged me the Milan city tax on top of the bill, it was very cynical and it took 1 hour to get there , it belong to Pery

Free Shuttle Service was impressive. However, it’s always a small detail that makes a big difference. I was very disappointed when one of the receptionists fooled me regarding city taxes and the changes that she said she didn’t have but actually had.

If you have a car, this might be an option for you. The surroundings are factories and super quiet, even scary for the solo travellers if arrive at night. Please check the location carefully before bookiign

4-Star Hotel with 2-Star Service”
I needed a kettle and the phone for room service never worked. I walked to the main desk TWICE in 2 hours to ask for a kettle. They are very slow to respond and kept trying to pass me off to other colleagues. The location was inconvenient but did have a shuttle to the Fiera. Never am I staying here again.

Ottimo Hotel posizionato vicino alla Fiera milano City. camera pulita, di ottime dimensioni, arredata con gusto. Bagno con doccia e vasca molto grande dotato di ottimi prodotti di cortesia (Culti). Ottima la scelta dei materassi, abbiamo riposato molto bene. Non abbiamo usufruito della prima colazione. A circa 700mt dalla fermata della metro rossa.
