In short, it's located in an alley off the main highway so you can avoid most of the noise. The street it's located on is still a bit noisy but managable. I got the toom with a balcony and I loved it... big balcony to just sit on and relax. Friendly service and free bottles of water as a guest. I was charged for a can of orange soda but I never drank orange soda while I was there, so the receptionist said it's ok and I don't need to pay that. No complaints on my end. Lot's of good restaurants around the area.

Horrible Experience”

The room is full of mold, smelly, and dirty. If there is negative star is availble in the rating scale, I would give the lowest negative star for it. If you want to experience a nightmare that would ruin your trip, this is the place that would do that.

During the day, there're only vehicle workshops and chinese herb warehouses nearby. Totally quiet at night with no conveniece stalls, cafes or pubs within walking distance. Good if u intend to rent a bike from the hotel though! =)

budget price with nice big room. Although final day the switch is go wrong, but the Staff very friendly to help, and help us to Check our room immediately....: ), and the cleaner is friendly to care about our condition. Thanks.

Really comparable to a motel. This place rents by the hour, if you know what I mean... You might hear the occasional bumping and racket. Probably not the best for kids or couples. The area is Chinatown, streets are bustling with locals and showings of a million things, the real vietnam can be experienced here not in district 1. because it's real and frantic, it's not the friendliest for tourists without a guide.

hotel in ben tanh area still better for malaysian. This hotel quite far from ben tanh or any popular place in ho chi minh. So, need to take grabcar. Btw its value for money because of cheap price but not recommended for family trip.

Room with balkony is nice Excellent choice if you don't want to be in heart of tourist area. Accessibility to major streets and roads very good. Staff speaks little English but very friendly and courteous.

I have lived here for 4 weeks and it was just great. The People working here are very nice, it is very clean and just renovated.

This hotel definitely has a high volume of pay by the hour customers but they were really great during my two week stay. Limited English speakers and a bit far from the tourist district. Great value though

Bad service, bad staff”

They charged my money with no refund. When i came ,they said i went away because out of room. i wondered if i didnt call to Agoda, they wouldnt get my room for me.
