Easy to get to everywhere as it is close to the station, located in a very interesting small courtyard so again it is quiet and safe, all in all highly recommended.

Room was clean. Close to termini station. Host friendly and helpful for the most part but didn't respond to emails after we checked in and had some questions. Shower slow to drain. Good enough and we would stay there again.

Value for money, the most strategic location to start exploring the city. Airport bus stop at Termini just walking distance to this hotel. Everything is near and easy. Very accommodating host.

If u want an accomodation that is extremely near to Roma Termini station, this is it. My son and I stayed in a triple room, with en suite shower room. What I like abt this place is: it's safe, v clean, bed is comfortable, with AC heater, TV, kettle, 3 wall powerpoints, clothes hangers, laminated floor board, few rooms avail so it's quiet, clean towels, strong shower pressure with hot water mixer, hair dryer, fridge, clean toilet n sink. Do bring your own amenities like shampoo n shower gel etc. There is no one attending to u during your stay so pls be independent. Do go to the Mercato Centrale food Hall for €1 espresso and food, avail from 10am to midnight. If u like 4 stars hotel, this accomodation is not for u. Its for those who can accommodate no frills service and a clean comfortable stay.

So we are a couple, the place is quiet but next to the train station, super convenient. Landlords (a couple) are so friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain for such a good price. In a safe street as well. Walking to different tourist spots in day and night times is not a problem.

The location is superb. Room is cozy. Despite air conditioner was a bit loud and there was little mould in the bathroom, it is definitely a top choice for people with limited budget.

Our first impression was not good. Arriving to the enrtry of the house at 22:30 at night, pushing the bell of the shelter in rome and no one answered, with two kids on the street.before our arrival I have already informed the owner miss Elena for our arrival time, by phone, by email, by messenger but still no one was there to open the door for us. I tried to call her on her cell phone but no answer, i tried to call her through messenger, no answer. We were very anxious and i cannot tell for sure how much later Mr James showed up. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes but i thought it took hours. James is a friendly man, he explained us some basic things about Rome. The room was disant but the air condition was making a lot of noise and the temperature could not fall below 28-27 degrees. The bathroom was ok. The next Day we met REGGIE the receptionist (morning to adternoon), very nice guy. The Best thing about the aparrment is that it is very close to the termini Station where you can find busses and metro or taxi if you like. Comminication with the owners is not very easy, i have sent an sms to james to ask him about how to book a taxi because we had to leave for the airport at our departure at 4am but i didnt get an answer.

This property is located in the heart of rome, near the attractions. Elena and Alyssa were very nice and welcoming to us. We love those things about this place. However, there’s a man that has been very rude to our group. We’ve been very patient during our stay, with no complains about the lack of hot water during our 3 days and 2 nights stay. They tried to fix the hot water situation but it didnt work for us. Location and value for money wise, i will recommend the place. However, one of the staffs can be a lot nicer not just to current customers but also to previous ones. We have checked out and asked if we can leave our bags while we are still touring the city. The ladies in the property agreed. When we got back to get our bags on a rainy night, we were very exhausted from the tour and the pouring rain so we decided to take a bit of a rest before catching our next train. The guy who was there for the night was very rude saying that we should not have left our bags and we don’t exist to them anymore as we have already checked out during the morning.

Location is infront of Terminal. But the area is fully crowded with people. Not at peaceful location. Acoda says all taxes included price but they charged us the city tax 8e for 4people at the frontdesk. Its just a room with a small fridge. Only one kettle was there. No soap, only shampoo pouch was there. So better bring your own. Or check and request the ppl to provide. Seams owner was very helpful. We requested to keep our luggage after checkout, they provided the reserve key and that way hassle-free to take your luggage all around your visit the whole rest of the day. Still you have clock room in the terminal just 100m walk for storage. Overall good experience and supportive staff n owner, atleast should have some facilities outside room for making some coffee or tea or heating some stuff, this way they can get more family customers.

Room was infested with dog lice and had to request for room transfer. Host accommodated but did not even apologise for the inconvenience caused. We had to move to a different apartment which is way better than with more functional bathroom and room.

Awful customer service ”
Usually I don't leave negative reviews, but we were extremely unhappy with the customer service and I really want to share our experience. 1. It was +40C and the AC didn't work at all. Probably, it run out of gas. So the temperature inside the room was +31C. The "hotel" ( if you can call 4 rooms a hotel), doesn't have reception. We sent an email to the host complaining that it's extremely hot in the room, the bathroom didn't have lock and we didn't have breakfast. The host came explaining us that: "we are a family, so we don't have to lock the bathroom, the temperature is fine and breakfast isn't included. ( we ordered the room with a breakfast+ in addition there's a memo on the wall what is included in the breakfast.) We had 2 awful nights. Then, our son forgot his very expensive optical eyeglasses. We sent an email asking to return us the eyeglasses and promised to pay for the shipping. They've ignored us. I've sent 3 emails, tried to phone them, sent messages. Haven't received any response. I do understand that as hosts they don't have to respond, but as humans it isn't a good sign. There's absolutely nothing I can recommend, just stay away from the "hotel" if you can.

How The room looks like darker and poorer than what the pictures show. And the bathroom is terrible! The door is hardly to use, and the facilities inside are really outdated. The pillows are just decorations which can not be used properly. Furthermore, the shelter located at an area not safety at all. The only good thing is that the staff filipino is really kind but he cannot give any advice.

Ok la location, bella la stanza, comoda ...personale gentilissimo. Purtroppo in entrambe le camere prenotate non arrivava acqua calda, forse un problema con la caldaia che spero sia risolto velocemente. Per il resto tutto ok.
