We spent there 1 night. We came from Hanoi to make 1 day cruise in Ha Long Bay. The staff organise for us everything. 1 day cruise and the bus to come back in Hanoi. If you want there even the breakfast (pay extra). They rent us a motorbike.

The cheap hotel but facilities like 4 stars”

I really enjoyed when I stayed at this hotel last week. The price of this hotel is very cheap like 1 star, but facilities like 4 stars... You can book tour package to Halong Bay with the cheap price and you can bargain the price in the hotel, and staf will help you.. One of best things is the hotel have a cat, his name is Tom.. Tom like my cat, Ngaino...

Nice basic hotel for overnight stop”

Very good price. Have all facilities in the room and toilet. But no lift, breakfast hard to determine as the midnight staff does not speak English at all. Kindly be informed that if you check in late after 11.30pm, the front door will be lock and you need to press the door bell to alert the staff to open it for you.

I was treated with great respect and kindness by the staff who spoke English quite well. They arranged an idyllic cruise with lunch and door-to-door service to fabulous HạLong Bay for only 800 000 đồng.

The best place to stay in Ha Long. Near Sunworld and lt is located in Vuon Dao, a street you can find a lots restaurant with special food here. Staff is friendly and room is clean with comfortable equipments. It is really a best choice for you

Awesome place”

Rooms were huge and clean, private and quiet. Staff was so friendly but sometimes weren’t at the desk when we had questions so that was slightly annoying (or waiting long times to go back to our room because we would hand in our room key so we wouldn’t lose it out and about) but everything else we had no complaints. It was an amazing little place. Highly recommended.

Shame about location ”

This room was huge, good bargain and had a great big shower. Staff were very helpful. Only problem was we came at off season and this location as a whole is not for tourism. Not many cafes open at all nearby and not much to do! We went to halong bay so if you're looking for a stop off it is fine. Just don't expect any bars because there aren't any! We got a scooter and drove down to the cable car and Ferris wheel after dark. Brill views and free into madam tussauds. So good location if you wanna do that. The place itself though seems up and coming eg the beach has no cafes or bars but seems nice, there's also theme park under construction too.

Family run place. Stayed for three nights. Really nice and friendly staff. The place was spotless and has a good location a few minuts walk from the waterfront.

The staff was helpful in me navigating a town without much to do other than the boat cruise. Felt safe. Super clean and a beautiful fluffy grey cat.

Overall our stay was pleasant, but could have been better. The rooms are spacious but the bed is a little hard and the towels were stained. Yet, we were given extra pillows without any questions asked and were allowed to shower after check out. A slight mishap with breakfast as on arrival, we were told to order breakfast the night before. Yet, when we came to order breakfast at 8pm, the man at reception said that they would not be doing breakfast the following day as the cook was ill. We didn’t mind and went out and grabbed pastries. However, the next morning, when we came down, we were annoyed to find another couple eating breakfast. We had got a full day tour ahead and breakfast shouldn’t be given to one customer and not the other. The receptionist was very apologetic and offered to solve the situation, but we were waiting for our bus at this point. Having said this, it is a family run business and they all try their best to make you feel welcome. That evening, the grandma offered to cook us tasty noodles and were given free water whilst waiting for our transfer. Overall, overlooking breakfast, very friendly and smiley staff with a beautiful cat!
