The room facilities are well equipped and in good conditions as well. One Plus point for The minibar, snacks and kettle which are available in room. It would be greater if the window curtain was made of a bit thicker material. So that the morning sunshine is prevented from disturbing guest’s sleep

Having been asked for extra money when checking out”

After years of Agoda experiences, it was the first time that i've been asked for extra dollars when checking out (credit card pre paid full). I was told that the listed price on Agoda is different from the hotel even Agoda said I had paid full price (tax included) already.

Value for Money”

There was no wifi or breakfast. But with the price you paid, it was absolutely acceptable. You will be able to find wifi nearby. There is also a noodle shop that is close by for breakfast.

Among the 9 hotels I went to during my stay in the South of Vietnam, all with similar budget, this one was my favorite. The staff was awesome: welcoming, friendly, they booked the taxi early in the morning for me, proposed to go buy me some food and deliver it directly in my room. The rooms are small, but you have everything inside, it is super clean, well decorated, you could almost feel at home. The only drawback of the hotel is the location. Don't neglect this when booking, it will cost you almost 300,000 dong to go back to the city center by taxi, half by xe om, and you will spend 1 hour.

Comfortable Hotel Outside the Main Part of the Cit”

This is a bit of a tough one to review. The hotel itself is actually really comfortable (with the exception of the beds, which were a bit of a chiropractic experience), the staff were accommodating and friendly, and for us, the location was really good - we were leaving early the next morning to ride to Phnom Penh, so being on the north side of the city was helpful, as was the guarded, underground motorbike parking. However, if you want to see HCM City, it's not a great spot, being a fairly long way from District 1, especially in HCM traffic. On top of that, it was pretty obvious this was a drop-in hotel for sex-tourists - the give-aways were the hourly rates listed on the walls outside, and the complimentary condoms in the bathrooms (so at least they're promoting safe sex, I guess). The surrounding area was also a little seedy, if you knew what to look for. We weren't personally disturbed by activities or noises, and we're not especially sensitive travellers so it was more amusing than anything else. But if you were travelling with a family, particularly younger children, that could be a bit off-putting. I'd stay there again as a transit hotel, but your mileage may vary.

少し古い作りで、バスルームの窓を完全にクローズすることはできず、蚊がたくさん侵入してきた。

激安なのに清潔で驚きました”

空港からはファングラーオと反対なので、外国客は少ないです。そのせいかスタッフが驚異的に親切で、周辺の食堂もスレてなくボリません。ある時、散歩中に雨が降ってきたのですが、スタッフが心配し傘を持って届けてくれました。ファングラーオへは表通りの３６番のバスが直行。一時間以上かかりますが、商店街を波のようなバイクと格闘しながら運行するバスは毎日乗っても楽しいです。バス代は6000ドン（約30円）、手を上げればどこからでも乗れました。小さい子供を連れての初ベトナム旅行でしたが、このホテルに宿泊したおかげで非常に楽しい旅ができました。

夜は静かです。”

通りから１本入るので静かです。部屋もきれいだしスタッフが親切です。この値段なら何も問題ないです。ただ外国の観光客はほとんどいないです。

거래처가 가까이 있어 매일 확인하려고 예약했던 호텔입니다. 리렙션에 남자직원 이름은 뎁 남자직원은 매우 친절하고 영어도 꾀 하지만 여자직원은 정말 엉망입니다. 나오면서 청소를 부탁해도 일이 끝난 후 들어가보면 안되어 있고. 세탁을 맡겼는데 잃어버리고... cctv를 보여달라고 요청해도 안보여주고... 마지막날 체크아웃 할때 농담조로 내 옷값 물어내라고 하니 웃으며 돈없다고 하며 끝나더군요. 거기서 열 올려봐야 나만 손해일듯 해서 마무리 지었습니다만... 가장 아끼는 검정티셔츠와... 나시,카라티....ㅜㅜ 대략 250$ 날렸습니다. 칭찬할 점은 "thep"이라는 남자직원은 친절하고 영리했습니다. 그리고 청소는 나름대로 깔끔했구요 위치는 개인적으로는 거래처가 가까워서 저에게만 좋은듯 여기서 여행자거리나 쇼핑몰 같은 곳을 원한다면 절대 오지마세요
