Absolutely Incredible ”
We booked with Swan cruises and the day before the cruise were upgraded to their new boat called Sena cruises. The boat was sooo beautiful, clean and spacious. The food was incredible, they accommodated our vegan diet so wonderfully. The service was so lovely the entire crew was amazing. Vinh was a very attentive, fun and informative tour guide, we couldn’t have imagined a better one. Would recommend this cruise company to everyone!! They also gave out glass water bottles and had filtered water for free refills!

Everything worked out really well. Our guide, Cong, was really friendly and caring all the time.. He was able to answer any questions about his country and people. Very interesting! The ship looked good but the interior was already rather used and it could need some new bedlinen an cushions. But since we spent most of the time outside, it didn’t disturb us much. We would definitely recommend Swan Cruises and the Bai Tu Long Bay.

Cruising along Bai Tu Long Bay with Eliz ”
Fantastic experience! My family and I travelled to Hanoi over Chinese New Year holidays and spent 2D1N on Swan Cruises. Not a sec we were left hungry, and have ours needs attended to at all times. Our guide Eliz and staffs onboard (timtam etc) are helpful and easygoing! Made new friends and learnt so much about the Vietnamese Culture from them. The activities onboard (tai chi, squid fishing) were kinda fun too! The only downside is that the beds were infested with bed bugs :( Otherwise, it was a memorable experience waking up to flying eagles, blue seas and limestone karsts.

My Swan Cruise was overbooked and they upgraded me to Paloma Cruise, family suite with balcony. Our tourist guide , Justin, is fantastic and we have a great time on the cruise.

Swan Cruise have small boats, a super Crew, a wonderful guide and good (but too much) food. We were lucky weatherwise, but Halongbucht Bay is a very wet and misty place so maybe one night is enough.

Great stay”
We stayed 1 night in the suite. It was a beautiful experience on the boat. Food was great. Only negative is the trip to and from Hanoi. The bus seats were tight and the Hanoi traffic caused us delays.

Excellente croisière avec Swan cruise. L'équipage était très agréable et la nourriture excellente. L'itinéraire suivi dans la baie de tu lung est très bien, une dizaine de bateaux au maximum autour de nous.
