A lovely boutique hotel very near to the main train station”
The hotel is walkable, about 500 m from the train station and very easy to find. It was also very near the bus, tram and metro stop too. My room was clean, warm and comfy. Breakfast was provided and there was a lot of choice. Very easy and quick check-in and check-out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fantastic, such a nice surprise. Great value for money. We will definitely como back to this hotel next time we return to Milan. Thank you for making our stay a great experience

Fantastic week at the spice hotel on the top floor. Great space and location to see the best of Milan & heading out to lake Como (a must!) Staff were amazing too!!

I spent 3 nights at this hotel. Great location: 5 mins to central station, meaning great for connection with the airport; 30 mins of walking to Duomo. Hotel is modern, cozy rooms, great service. No noise or weird smells as mentioned by other reviewers. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was small, but new and modernly furnished with everything one needed for a one overnight. Excellent breakfast offered with plenty of good coffee and great service from staff.

Best value hotel”
Amazing location, very friendly staff. However the bathroom is extremely poorly designed resulting in a shower that will flood the entire bathroom. However when I informed the front desk of this, they promptly brought me several towels in minutes. It is extremely clean and the air conditioning system is wonderful. It's a stone's throw away from Milan Central Station.

Very close to the Milano Centrale Railway Station and underground metro station. Toilet is clean and the shower head is strong. Breakfast is good, with a variety of croissants. Towels are available but no slippers. No bottle water. Staff members are nice and helpful.

The hotel is very good value and in a perfect position for public transport,there is a metro station at the side of the hotel and the train station is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast great variety. Room very nice and the bathroom has a powerful Shower. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The downside there is a tram line right outside the front of the hotel which is extremely loud, it does feel like it's shaking the room when it passes( not great for a night sleep`).

The hotel was clean and well designed. The breakfast was totally worth it! The staff was friendly, very helpful and quick in answering our demands. The only issue we had was that our room wasn’t soundproof. So we could hear the corridor’s door opening and shutting after every time someone left/entered our floor.

The location was excellent, very close to Milano Centrale station. Very clean. Very nice breakfast. They have luggage storage as well which was useful for us. Would recommend it to anyone that’s going to Milan.

Modern hotel”
Modern hotel just next to Milan central station. Staying here already 3rd trip & all good! On the first night got the room on the 0 floor just next to reception desk & it was really noisy all night cause could hear all what’s happening/people arriving & talking plus our window was facing the wall, so basically we had no window.. But for the next night we asked for room change in another floor which they kindly did and all was perfect then!

Excellent hotel but needs English explanations”
The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, staffs were all warm and kind yet very professional. The only problem was that there were no English explanations. For example, there was no sign regarding how to use the phone to call the front desk. No warning sign as to the emergency alarm in the shower. No sign indicating that the small can of pop in the fridge cost 5 Euro each. The TV was only in Italian and did not have any English translation. So, if you do not understand Italian, you may need to go to the front desk to ask for each of these questions. Other than that, it was an excellent hotel.
