Overall, it was a great stay as to location, comfort of room/bed and an efficient staff. Never had stay here before having to stay on south-side of Han River for business reasons. Can go direct from Incheon Airport to door of the hotel on KAL Limousine bus 2702 from either terminal for 1600 KWD.

Comfortable hotel with nice view”
Hotel is near subway station but the exit with elevator is a distance away, do take note if you have luggages! Room is cozy and well cleaned. Affordable and worthwhile.

Proximity to shopping center and strategic location”
1st time travelling to Korea and this hotel has made our trip more convenient. Proximity to shopping center as well as local food, we will definitely return to this hotel on next trip to Korea.

Located walking distance to shopping malls, subways and also bus stop to/from airport! Morning breakfast buffet is perfect with local and international selections. You may going out in the morning for sight seeing and when you come back at night you still can go for shopping which open until 5am! For those sandwich lovers Egg Drop just few streets away and open 24hrs. Subway and Starbucks just located in front of the hotel street. Really convenience no matter you are solo or travel with young child.

Great Hotel at a Great Location!”
Hotel is a few steps from everything - the subway, shopping, food and even the city sight seeing bus terminal! Dongdaemun is also one of the major pick-up points for most of the day-tour groups to Nami Island, Everland etc. So, you don't have travel far, to reach your pick-up point. Essentially, you could get anywhere without too much hassle. Staff is proficient in English and helpful. Facilities are great, too. Room is fantastic. We stayed 5 nights.

The hotel was located in front of Dongdaemum Subway Station and opposite to Lotte Fitin Shopping Mall and other famous shopping centres. The hotel room was fabulously decorated and the beds were comfortable. We will revisit this hotel in the future.

I left my laundry clips behind. Wrote 2 emails and there was no reply even though I titled it as "urgent". I left for Busan but came back to Seoul and want to collect the clips. Sadly, they didn't care to reply and I probably leave for Singapore without my clips.

A nice and very convenient hotel”
The room was comfortable and clean. With this price, I had hoped that there would be a bathtub, but it only had a shower. The location is great. Just above a metro station, and there are at least two airport bus lines that one can take. The gym was small but decent. A good hotel, but maybe not quite as good as one would expect from the price.

I like this hotel because the airport bus stop is just right outside the hotel, and nearby the subway station, walking distance to Dongdaemum shopping district. And the hotel is very clean, the staffs are helpful enough.

Strategic place for those who wants to shop at the outlet nearby. Location is very near to the metro; there’s a bus station for airport shuttle right in front of the hotel, the schedule is clearly stated and is very punctual. The front desk staff were helpful. We’ve were given a high floor and the view was amazing. Overall experience was good, however we were given expired toothpaste for 2 days continuously when they changed our toiletries.
