Rooms are neat and clean and well equipped. The staffs are so so nice and friendly. The guesthouse is located in the city centre and very convenient to take bus or metro. We walk to the Gyeongbokgung Palace and Myeongdong during our stay. There are so many cafe shops，convenience stores and restaurants nearby.So nice！👍

I am a mother of three children, and we stayed in this guesthouse for two nights and three days. In my opinion, it was great. Each room had individual wifi, and the rooms were very clean and large! The bathroom was really big, and it was roomy enough. All of the furniture were of great condition as well. The location is pretty good. There is a convenience store close to the guesthouse, so food is no concern. The staff was super nice! The one who sits at the front desk constantly checked with us if we had any problems. There was a minor condition with the AC because it was too cold, but he checked it and the problem was solved! Overall, I had a great time here with my children; they were satisfied as well :)

Good place”

The hotel itself is cheap and has everything you need. Location is good, close to most attractions and areas. When we stayed there they had some issues with the air conditioning units, and quickly moved us to another room where the air con worked.

Soo Song is great place to stay. It is conveniently located and it is clean. They give you fresh towels and bottled water everyday. The best part about this place is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way. I needed a knife to cut some fruit and the manager gave me his own to use. When I needed directions to the nearest subway station, one of the morning staff actually walked us to the station. The night manager (이재현/ Timothy Lee) was especially helpful. Ordered take out dinner for us and eventually ordered airport ride for us as well. When you are traveling and feeling out of your element, nothing means more than people who are willing to go out of their way to get you oriented. The location is also great. Nearest subway station is only about 7 minute walk. If I were to return to Seoul, I would definitely stay at Soo Song again.

Small room & bed, but comfortable. And we spent most of the time outside, so it's fine. Huge bathroom with a bathtub is a plus. The touristic areas are just in walking distance.

Ghost house”

This place is weird, I never met the receptionist. Luckily when I had to check in, a friend was with me who could speak Korean. He was dealing with a super old lady that randomly came out from a back room and on the phone with the receptionist (there was always a sign to call the receptionist if we needed something). Other than that the place was great, clean, super location. I think they don’t have enough keys because some roommates were banging on the door when they had to come in. :D

The room was spacious, clean and the service rendered was the best. Since it was my first time in Seoul, the manager kept checking on me to make sure I arrived at the hotel safely. I felt at home in a foreign city. Thank you so much

GREAT location”

Soo Song Guesthouse is located near tourist attractions. There are alot of convenient store, restaurants, café near the guest house. It is also near to the US Embassy and the Gyeongbokgung palace. Near Bus stops. a little bit far in the train station. The locations is great. The room is clean and was spacious enough to fit 6 adults with luggage's. Staff are accommodating. Bring extension cords as it has minimal sockets. :) Overall, I would recommend it.

I really recommend this guesthouse for the first-time traveler or travel with family. the location is in the heart of Seoul, so you can easily go to many travel hunt places. The place is so clean and the staff is also very nice and welcome.

We had very good experience here. Tim is very friendly and nice. He would help and show you the room. The hostel is located at a very convenient area; it’s closed to metros and in a walking distance to gyeong-bok-gung. If you were coming from inchen airport, shuttle bus stop of 6005 it’s just on the main road around 5min walking. There are many convenient stores, cafes and restaurants around. And most importantly it’s quiet at night! We stayed in bunk-bed room for two people with a private bathroom. The room is very clean,and it’s big enough for 2 big luggages. free bottles of water u will get every day. Bathroom is also spacious and clean with big mirrows! Our local friend was surprised we could book this place with very fair price👍🏻 definitely coming back if we visit Seoul again! Thank you Tim and your family!:)

Best Hotel for family traveler”

Travelling with family of five , we experienced a helpful and warm courtesy from the guesthouse staff Mr Tim . The location is spot on , 4 min walking distance to Jonggak Subway Station and also center to many tourist attractions. The room is super clean with nice warm bed and wifi. The bathroom is big which is suitable for big family traveler. We recommend to family traveler to experience this guest house.

Manager was a really nice and helpful guy, he allowed us to take as many bottles of water from the reception. The room was okay, most of the power outlets don’t work so we had to get an extension and use only one outlet. Bathroom was a little smelly sometimes even after rinsing the whole place out it still had some kind of smell. Location was amazing, you could walk anywhere from there. Overall it was a good place to stay

Very nice guesthouse, with good equipped rooms and very nice staff. The surroindings could be bit noisy, but that's expected when living in Seoul centre, right? We liked it here and would accomodate here again.
