Comfortable and close to Seoul Station”
This was chosen for its proximity to Seoul Station. It was an excellent choice for a comfortable sleep, and would be a good choice for a somewhat extended stay. The room had a laundry machine, microwave, and cooking range, which were not needed this time but would be useful for a longer stay. It is across the street and just around the corner from the station, which is just a short walk. The only reason that I cannot provide a review of the staff is that we only saw them at check-in, but they were nice at that time. Nothing fancy, but a clean and comfortable apartment. Good experience.

This is the local standard I imagine with optimisation of space, bedroom in mezzanine where we also put the extra 2 futon beds for our kids All you will need without special attention - free bottle of water provided Great location as it’s very close to Seoul station but Not so easy to find Go to 202 mallijaero then their office is on the 8th Not recommended with toddlers as the stairs and first floor ramp are scary for these little ones We were just fine!

Not a good choice if you travel lots of luggage, as you will be pulling your luggage across a main road n about 10mins minimum to service apartment main door. Will be hassle if you carry lots of shopping stuff n with kids around. Good for bacpack light luggage traveller. Consider spacious room, but not worth price tag, as there is no service, no complimentary drinks in the apartment. Nicely decorated room. If you choose upper deck loft apt, stuffy, cant feel aircon even though its 22deg. Need to turn on spare fan.. I would prefer hotel with service and yet cheaper price, better location. Will not consider great stay choice. But kids would love it bcos of the upper deck bed and enjoy climbing up n down the stairs

Apartment is not big and small for three person. Sofa bed is dirty. Double bed on the loft doesn’t smell clean n itchy. No aircon on loft m it is very hot .

Not so clean. Check in was confusing. There is no other help around , like front reception in the building, if you are not able to get in. Luckily I read other reviews to know that the cafe next door is the reception. Otherwise, I would not be able to check in as the email with the unit no and pin came pretty late, when I was on the move with no access. Place is too squeezy for 4 pax.

Location good, room is clean”
Very near to Seoul Station which is convenient for us to travel everywhere using the subway and KTX. Lotte Mart is just opposite the hotel. It is easy to find the hotel, good value of money and the room is clean and comfortable to stay.

Great location and clean room”
The Apartment is located near Seoul Station so you will not have to concern on walking so long for taking the metro. The room is clean and tidy. Staff is nice and English- and Chinese-speaking so there is no communication barrier. There are different size of rooms that fit 1 to 4 visitors. ( I wonder additional beds could be provided in case of more than 4 people, because the room is so large that adding beds is feasible.) Recommended for any of you!

Good location but could be clearer with instructions”
Book this room for its location (beside Seoul Station). Would be helpful to provide the walking instruction and also where to register and collect the password for the room. For benefit of other travellers, it is near to exit 1 of Seoul station (where Lotte Outlet is). Turn left and you will see a flight of stairs. After the stairs, right across the main cross junction, you see a building with a "S.A. Coffee", that is where the registration/check-in counter is. Yes, it is inside a cafe! You may use the lift inside Lotte Mart if you have luggage and want to skip the lift. But the doors of Lotte Mart opens only at 10am.

Perfect location”
This was our third time staying in S A Seoul. We are never disappointed. We felt like home everytime we stayed there. This time we used the kitchen a lot as we bought dinner outside every night. We did laundry twice there too. Location cannot be better anymore as it is right at Seoul station. We will come back to S A Seoul again!

Pro : very clean apartment, very near to seoul station if you need to take metro frequently or express train to airport con : apartment too compact, queen bed is located on top with small staircases & the gap is about half meter between you and ceiling ie you can't stand up thus have to crawl, very bad if you have back problem Furthermore, the cooking utensils are very limited ie no rice cooker, no fork & spoon, etc. it is like the cooking utensils are meant for korean & not for international travellers

The apartment is very clean, safe, about 3 minutes to Seoul Station, so conveniece to get subway to every place in Seoul. It is opposite Lotte mart & Lotte outlet with a lot of sales off promotion, foods and fruits. It's about 7 minutes walk to Siloam sauna or Korean traditional Jjimjibang. Receptionist is 24/7 and so helpful. The apartment is equipped with kitchen items, washing machines and heating system. We were so happy with is place
