I am so happy, it was really nice! I was feeling like at home, the service was fantastic ! :) on the first day helped us the receptionist he showed us the city and explained about the metro really nice! :) for my birthday they put in my room a champagne :) I am thankful for that! The rooms are really cleaned and the beds are comfortable! We had every day breakfast and the food is really good! I didn’t expect this service! But I was really happy!

We were staying in the hotel for a week. We received room upgrade for the family, no extra charge, but located in another building. We find this offer suitable for our family. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels too. Recommend this hotel.

Spacious rooms, great location ”
This hotel is only a three minute walk from Termini. We had the quad room which was spacious. Breakfast was fantastic a lot of variety. The lady on reception was very helpfully when we checked in with tips and ideas. Would definitely pick this hotel again.

Great location and relaxing stay”
The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to Termini which can take you to all of the attractions in Rome. Room service was done daily when we were away, the room has an air-conditioner. City tax is paid when checked out

Amazing Hotel”
This hotel is truely amazing, the room is nice and cozy with a elegant bathroom and a beautiful bedroom. The breakfast was delicious and with the bonus of it being all you can eat made it that much better. The staff were absolutely terrific, I couldn’t ask for better customer service if I tried the staff at Royal Court Hotel really make the place what it is and the staff helped myself and my partner navigate around Rome and told us all the best places to go upon arrival. The rating definitely justifies what my and my partner experienced in our short stay in Rome.

Great, central location near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a perfect room for my family with a spare bed for my son tucked in his own semi-private space.

Nice location, clean and spacious”
I like the receptionist as she gave us a map and helped us where to go. She explained briefly but concisely the places to see. Like the reviews I read we were transferred to their other building, one of the staffs (Filipino, thank you kuya) helped us with our luggages. The room is I guess newly renovated though I don’t think the ac is working. We have to open the door to balcony to let the cool air in. The shower drain is clogged up and takes time to drain. They don’t give water but they have free tea and coffee. At one time the housekeeping throw our water bottle with water on it. I told the reception about it and the next day they gave us 2 water bottles to compensate. They clean the room daily and change towels every day. I think changing the towels daily is too much. They should put a sign and ask the guests if they wish their towels to be changed. That way we can help save water. Thank you.

Excellent location”
Convenient and central location - 6 minute walk to Termini train and metro station. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby to chose from. Excellent breakfast selection. Attentive and courteous staff. Good quality 2 and 3 person rooms with wifi. Our rooms on second level had moderate street noise as windows don’t seem to provide good sound insulation. Most of us did not have an issue with it, while a minority did. Inexplicably slow check-in process, but for information only and not an issue. Would stay again.

Rome Trip”
The staffs are accomodating and approachable. Infact they permitted us to leave one of our luggage with no charges because we would be travelling farther Italy and have it retrieve upon our departure back to our country.

This was our second hotel of the week after a disappointing experience with another establishment. Although this one wasn't as centrally located to the sites, it was a great room. Air conditioning worked well, it was clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location to Rome central station. The staff were always so helpful and remembered where they recommended you went. The breakfast was fantastic. It was very clean. Rooms as always a little small. But expected in Italy.

Well located and facilities are reasonably new”
We checked in at the old building but was later brought to the new building, which is not necessarily a bad thing because it’s closer to the train station and the facilities look reasonably new including the building interior itself. It’s 3 minutes’ walk to the Rome Termini station from the new building. You find all your basic needs covered at the train station (e.g. breakfast, supermarket, even GROM gelato!) Staff are friendly. WiFi is good. Only thing that’s also why I rated it as 4 star instead of 5 is the room space is really squeezed and we only get a sofa bed for 1 child with a 2+1 booking. And there is only 1 window in the bathroom. Hardly and view from the room.
