Close to the Marina, Wonderful Restaurant”
My husband and I booked a stay here last minute after being overwhelmed at a chaotic nearby resort and the Paradise Suites Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It is a quiet, relaxing hotel and it is walking distance from Tuan Chau marina which was very convenient as we did a day cruise of Ha Long Bay which departed from there. The room was large, the bed in particular was huge and it was clean and well kept. I appreciated that they provided and refilled glass water bottles in the room rather than using plastic ones as prefer hotel that look for ways to reduce waste. The best part of the Paradise Suites is their restaurant. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our whole stay in Vietnam - it offered fresh fruits and juices and an assortment of local and continental dishes. We also had dinner at the hotel one night which was also amazing and reasonably priced for how high end it feels. I would definitely recommend Paradise Suites to anyone staying in Ha Long Bay - especially if a cruise departing from Tuan Chau Marina is on your agenda.

Enjoyed the Hotel”
Our room was on the Serviced Residence part of the hotel. The room space was just right for my daughter and I and the room was very comfortable for the value of money spent. The Staff was excellent in helping with cruise booking and transportation back to Hanoi. Breakfast had variety of delicious buffet. The hotel has 3 parts: The Paradise Suite, The Paradise Trend and the Service Residence. The restaurant is across the Paradise Suite. The distance is short between the parts of the hotels and restaurant. The staff and hotel comfort made our stay at Halong Bay very nice. We would surely stay at the hotel when we come to Halong Bay again.

Quiet paradise in Ha Long Bay”
This hotel is beautiful. We were upgraded when we checked in and well taken care of. We had a small incident while on our vacation at another destination. We had tried finding the mediation on our own at the pharmacy but they either didn’t sell or were out of stock. After explaining the situation to the front of house staff they went out after shift to 3 pharmacies to find our medication and we had it in hand before the day was out. We stayed here for 3 nights. The buses come in and drop off the people to the boats, then the boats leave keeping the harbour very quiet. There are good places to eat “1958” and “Hana Egg coffee and food”. Of course the day cruise is well worth the price and after a day in the bay with 1000’s of tourists, we were happy to return to our hotel and not have to sit on a bus after. Breakfasts were well prepared and offered in a buffet style. Be prepared that staying here you will not see the bay from your rooms because of new buildings. Highly recommend!

Great stay! ”
Rooms very modern we stayed in the trend suit originally for 7 nights but had to cut our trip short, hotel very understanding and helped as much as possible. The hotel offer some great excursions and day trips, we indulged in the spa and the hotels own cruise. All of the staff done such an amazing job and paid extra attention to the details, I'd like to give a special thanks to our tour guide on the boat/waiter MING who made our day extra special by answering all the questions we had and running us through the history of Vietnam, his English was perfect and we understood everything he was telling us for that I'd like to thank him. Such a relaxing stay with no pressure what so ever, great for a quiet escape.

Very nice hotel”
This is a very nice hotel, but you should only stay here if you're planning to take a cruise around Halong Bay. The surrounding neighborhood is... developing, to put it nicely. There's really nothing else to do in the area besides go on a cruise. This is definitely the nicest hotel in the area, and a very good value for the price. We stayed here for one night before going on a cruise the next morning. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant had good food at decent prices, so our needs were met. I wasn't expecting too much from our stay here, so I was satisfied with what we got.

Super deal at the Ha Long Bay area”
If you would ever join a local cruising tour at the Ha Long Bay area, I strongly recommend you to this hotel, reasons are: 1 - One of the whole-day tours is organised by them 2 - Largest compound meaning resourceful of facilities 3 - Transportation is convenient because they have numerous of electric cars (golf) 4 - Since the cruising tour starts in the morning, it is best to stay at Ha Long for the night before the tour instead of traveling all the way to Ha Long from Hanoi (3 hours each trip) which most of the people would do,

Luxurious rooms. Great staff especially Steph who gave us recommendations. Breakfast buffet is varied and good. Dinner is hit or miss. Pool area is very nice. Didn't mind the remoteness of Tuan Chau. Great place to relax.

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Suites. The staffs were extremely helpful and courteous. The room needs more decoration but is clean and well-equipped.

Excellent starting point for a cruise”
Elegant and perfect interior, excellent service and spa. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner! Ideal starting point for a cruise through Halong Bay. We were brought to the pier by their Golf car free of charge.

Excellent location for a day cruise on Ha Long Bay”
Perfect for anyone who does not want to spend the night on a boat or who arrives after the cruises have left port. Cannot beat the location. Excellent breakfast for any international or domestic customer.

Best hotel if going on cruise ”
This hotel is probably the best hotel in Halong but is more suited to travellers going on or coming off a cruise. It is located near harbour and they provide free transfers to and from cruise terminal. Rooms are the best I’ve seen in Vietnam and the breakfast was great also. I recommend renting a scooter externally and exploring Halong city if you get bored.

Right next to the port where all the boats go to Ha Long Bay. 10 min taxi to town with many many restaurants, massage and nail salons. We enjoyed our 2 days

Quiet but luxury!”
Amazing hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Nicely furnished and luxury bedrooms. It was clean but we found hair from the guy before in the shower. Also the door of the wardrobe was broken but it was within 10min repaired! The hotel doesn’t lay at the heart of the city but you can get easily by taxi there (even in the night with grab!) and it has an beautiful privat beach and pool (5min ride by electric car, well organized)

Only slight ‘issue’ is the beach being 2km away - but there is an electric car that will drive u back and forth. The staff are amazing (and so beautiful) and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in ! Thank u!

This hotel was gorgeous. We stayed during the off season, so the cost was great. However, because the hotel is in a tourist only area, there was very little to do outside of get on a boat to cruise the bay. They were doing construction and offered us an upgrade to a suite for the inconvenience (which there wasn’t, we never saw construction), as well as free breakfast, which was great. If you are planning on take a cruise around Ha Long and only need a hotel for a night, I’d definitely recommend staying here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and it’s right at the end of the pier, if you want to catch a ferry to Cat Ba.
