We always experience excellent service and facilities at this hotel and choose it for our 'staycation' every year during the New Year. We were impressed by the exit discussion on checkout at the lounge, which led to an opportunity to make some small suggestions to the staff related to the layout of the rooms. Ms. Hieu and Ms. Khuyen were open and interested in our ideas. They were only two of a fine staff team that went out of their way to make our stay special and smooth. We love the indoor pool in the winter and the lake view in place of our ususal home view of cement buildings all around us. This is a perfect getaway venue for us, as it has been for more than 20 years.

The most impressive thing about Pan Pacific Hotel Group has always been its warm hospitality and Pan Pacific Hanoi is no different. A couple of hiccups happened during our stay but what won us over, is consistently the staff’s swift action to rectify the problems. Their zeal to go the extra mile for the guests is the winning factor that sets them apart from other 5-star hotels. Even though the building is a little old, location is great, view from our room overlooking the lake is gorgeous and the staff is always attentive to your needs - the latter being the most important, in my opinion. We are sure to return. Thank you Pan Pacific Hanoi for having such warmth and generosity in spirit. Well done!

i think the best part about our stay was the breakfast with so many choices. hotel dining was also very considerate when it came to customising food for our 1y old kid. location is also very good in terms of being close to a lake and many food options being available nearby.

I've been here before when I came for work. This is a great end for the end of my work trips. I would definitely recommend the Summit Bar on 20th floor, greatest view from above in Hanoi even though it is definitely not the highest building in town.

Wonderful views over the lake , easy location to find and far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city to make it a relaxing stay We had a club room which made it nice at breakfast to get away from the rest of the hotel guests also the snacks

The staff are really thoughtful, sincere and reliable in their service. Would definitely stay here if I go Hanoi again. Swimming pool is indoor and u can relax in their sauna after a cool swim.

Great club room and facilities ”
While the club room was small and slightly dated (furniture, carpet, and TV), the modern and newly renovated bathroom with great amenities and extremely comfortable bed made up for it. The staff on the club floor were amazing - super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic (made upon order) and the evening cocktails with buffet bites (sufficient as dinner) was worth the price we paid. Other benefits like two pieces of complimentary laundry per day and private check-in and check-out made the stay super comfortable. Do take note the hotel is not in the old quarter, it's closer to Westlake, however, it's a mere 5 minutes cab ride away.

Great hotel and staff right by the lake fantastic views, rooftop restaurant and bar, 2 other restaurants and a coffee shop. Only downside is the neighborhood has little to offer within walking distance but a short cab ride to great sights and shopping/restaurants.

Close to old quarter, we walked some days. Quiet and great view of the lake and night skyline. Staff attentive and want to ensure you are happy with everything. Loved the pool and roof top bar.
