Abusive Staff”

The new lady desk manager was very abusive. My girl went to the front desk to ask for condoms, but the lady manager scolded her, locked the front entrance and called the police. So outrageous to treat customers like that just for asking to buy items from the front desk that she disapproveed of. She also would lock the front door at night very early and get angry at you if you wanted to come in or out after she went to sleep. This woman should not be running a hotel serving customers.

Terrible”

Bedbugs, filthy pillows, disgusting bathrooms, old towels, i-don’t-care staff. I understand that you get what you pay for but this place is one of the worst among my 100+ bookings on agoda. Location in fine, Wi-Fi was really good but everything else was DIGUSTING.

Don’t fall for this trap”

Upon arrival we immediately saw the hotel was very different from the pictures. The room is dirty, there is no window, the floors and shower is scratched, the door won’t properly lock and honestly this room is not worth the money we paid for it. When we told the manager this doesn’t look like the pictures on the site he told us the pictures were incorrect and didn’t offer any solutions or assistance. Told us to take it up with agora. Frankly he was quite rude telling us we can leave the hotel but won’t get reimbursed.

Hotel is not new, can find dust in some places but clean in overall. Reception is nice and friendly, price and location are good in the center area.

Close to tourist place”

The hotel is decent. Close to centre and tourist area. Price/quality is excellent. The room was fine. The shower head was leaking, so could be easily replaced. Not really parking in front.

Staff attitude definitely needs to improve ”

Some main issues: 1) The male staff likes stare at every guest. This makes guests staying here very uncomfortable.Unfriendly staff makes us stress. 2) Lady receptionist is unfriendly and gave me top floor room(8th floor) which is accessible only by walking from 7th floor. She said top level room was the last room available for my Agoda booking(superior double) but I didn't believe it's the truth because I checked Agoda that there were a few rooms left for the room type I chose. For my earlier bookings, I booked standard double rm for a few days. One night about 11pm, there was no water from tap and shower. I called reception but noone answered. I went down and asked guy staff if this issue will be fixed but he laughed it off. I then needed to buy 10 litres mineral water across street to shower. In hotel industry, strong wifi, water supply and good staff attitude is crucial to survive. If either one is lacking, guests will not return to rent room. N reception don't answer call.

Terrrible experience”

Hi, I came to this hotel, received key to the room, just found out the bathroom had no plumbing water available, which means NO water for bathing. I then return the key in 5 mins and asked hotel for refund. I still haven't got my money back. What's happening?

This hotel is terrible and cheap with their electricity and did something to break my iphone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is light on some floor and not on others. The Iphone charging cable broke and they did something with the electricity to damage my iphone. This is the only hotel that I could not charge my phone, they manipulated the electricity to damage my charging cable and Iphone. I stayed at Alagon and Silverland and did not have any problem charging my phone and my phone was working very good during my time at the other hotels. This is the only hotel that I could not charge my phone, bothmy charging cable and iPhone broke during my stay here. Stay away if you don't want your expensive phone to get broken.

Some things to note ”

This booking is for room 302, for April 5-6. The room had a dead cockroach. What I wanted to feedback most was I had booked room 303 on April 4 and paid by cash. The room was dirty with many ants. It seemed no Housekeeping was done for months. The aircon was very weak despite turning to 16 degrees. The only plus point was there was a stand fan but it was dirty. The worst part was the pillows were really hard, so it made sleeping difficult. Also at 8.55am, the security uncle staff knocked on my room loudly, causing me to wake up. I opened the door and found out he just wanted to pass me a towel, which the toilet already had 2. I think there is no need for security to disturb my sleep by knocking early in the morning. At that point, I informed him I had booked a room for April 5 and wanted change room. He said ok. I also observed there was another male staff at reception about 8+ pm on April 5 who was hostile and rudely stared at me. This staff wore spectacles and seemed to be about 30 years ago. His behaviour made me feel unwelcome. I hope my comments and feedback can be treated seriously and be improved, thank you.

Good location, poor facilities. ”

Good location and ok staff; however, facilities are inadequate. Room 303 shower door has no handles, very difficult to close. The ac is very weak and can barely keep the room cool let alone cold. The door frame in the washroom has a hole with an ant colony and occasionally cockroaches will crawl out of. No soap provided. When entering the hotel and elevator there's a distinct pungent smell. Only worth it if the rate is under 250k vnd - which it was thankfully. :D

Great cozy room ”

Cozy top floor standard room, quiet, 5min the ben thanh market, walking st etc. Shower good, bed soft, aircon good. Happily stay again.

Location Great! Hotel staff friendly and easy to talk to. For me the Hotel are totally worth the money (with discount) it's not new but it got a good atmosphere and I will recommend and most likely come again!!🙏

Average”

I booked a superior double and got a room without windows. I always hate it when that is not clear in the description because otherwise I would have never booked it. Apart from that the room was pretty OK and very quiet. Cleaning was done daily, but the long black hairs and someone else's dental floss pick that were on the floor on day 1 were still there on the last day and the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty. In the room were some bottles of waters. I used some and at checkout had to pay for 2 of them, not sure which bottles and why because there were no instructions or price list anywhere in the room. With some improvements this place could actually be very nice, especially because of its great location in between the backpackers street and Ben Thanh market.
