The room is cozy dan decent. Very close to beach and Jesus Statue is walkable around 900 m from here. Mini Mart is in opposite that you can buy anything. The receptionist lady is a pleasent, she always ready to help you. She help us to book Shared Limousine to Ho Chi Minh. I recommended this hotel to you.

It would be tough to get closer to the beach”

My room was well equipped with accessories. Rare is the room that does not come with A/C, WiFi, hot water and bed. My room also had bed end table, refrigerator, closet, desk, chairs, makeup mirror and hot water maker. Also this may have been the best room I've been in as far as numbers and convenience of electrical outlets is concerned.

New, clean, affordable, near the beach”

For the price we paid, it was definitely worthwhile to stay at Novena Hotel. We extended our stay for another night! The only problem is food but there is a 24-hour convenience shop nearby. We had to take a taxi to the mall or restaurants for meals.

It values money to stay here. The hotel is though small but clean. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The location is just about 1 minute walking to the beach. Circle K is nearby, convenient for personal demand! Taxi is around all the time, easy to take for travel!

Good hotel in Vung Tau”

I have a lot of not good experience with hotels in Vung Tau as they were quite old and the facilities was not good. But this new one is extremely out of my expectation. I booked a room with 2 double beds, with balcony. The hotel is very near the coast, I can walk across the street just 100 meters to reach the beach and enjoy swimming in the sea. The room is very clean and well decorated. The main tone is white and furniture in pin goods color make it quite comfortable. The minus point : room square is not big

Nothing much to complain about this hotel. The only I guess is the staff should be more friendly and try to smile a bit. But actually doesn’t effect anything much. With this kind of price all is good. Can’t compare with 4-5 start standard.

Excellent views of ocean from top floor”

Clean and spacious room. Made it easy to rent motorbikes and reception attended 24 hours. Had electrical problem in room 2nd night which was sorted extremely efficiently resulting in a timely room change. Excellent attention to the issue

New place”

I stayed in two different rooms as I extended my stay but the first room type was not available for the extensions. I asked if I could stay in my room and got an ok the night before. Around 11 am I got a call that I have to change rooms so it was lucky that I was in my room. The room with double bed was nice. I lacked enough poweroutlets. Only two (that I could see) was not enough and there were no by the desk which limited the work by the desk. There were ants in the bathroom and for some reason my room didn't get cleaned one night. It can be a bit difficult to find anyplace to eat near the hotel during the weeks when it is pretty much dead so the location is not ideal. I liked the balcony. I would stay here again.

One of the bed were not wholly pushed against the wall and the amount of dust there was massive. It can be a bit difficult to find anyplace to eat near the hotel during the weeks when it is pretty much dead. An ok budget hotel.

It’s new but the service sucked. ”

We stayed here for five days in two separate rooms. The receptionist wouldn’t come out or get the security guard to get our bags when we first arrived. He also wouldn’t give us the rooms we wanted even though there were availability. We spoke to the maid and she said she could’ve changed the rooms if we had asked her. What a load of crap. On top of that we had asked the hotel to arrange a transportation back to Saigon but when the van arrived the driver told us to sit way in the back like a second class citizen even though we’re paying the same amount of money. We got off and arranged to have another company come pick us up. I don’t know what game they’re playing but I didn’t appreciate it. I will not stay here again.

I had 1night in this hotel, and was satisfied with almost everything. The hotel is at a location near many places in VungTau. It's about inly 50steps to the back beach, same distance to the Con Heo hill, 1km to Christ the King statue and Nghinh Phong foreland, 2km to the lighthouse... The staffs are friendly, too. The room is quite small but very neat and clean, with a small sea view window There is only one thing I didn't like was that it was not so quiet. When I closed the door and window, I could hear everything outside clearly. Of course if you like listening the wave sounds, it is ok. Anyway, I will return here when I come to VT next time.

Actually it also has some mistakes during my stay. However, the receptionist is so good that I don't care about those mistake. He's really helpful with great spirit and willingness. Every single staff is completely friendly. Additionally, location is great just 3minutes walk from the hotel to the beach and there is a Circle K right in the corner for you to buy everything you need. I had had an enjoyable time with my family there. Many thanks.

This is a new hotel so the amenities and furnishings are all new and clean. Bed is comfy and room is spacious. Just across the beach and there is a Circle K right opposite too! Great deal! :)

The rooms look new and are spacious enough. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in all winter. Paid £12 a night. Nice little hotel for the money. Highly recommended.
