hotel location is great!”
we stayed here for 7 days. i booked 2 rooms as we had a family of 5( 1 toddler) It was our first time to Seoul. The Myeong-dong area was perfect for us first-timers. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is right next to a money exchange, convenient store , restaurants and coffee shop. As soon as you exit the hotel there is street food vendors. The area is a busy shopping area so it’s easy to walk around , shop and come back to hotel if you need to drop your stuff. The hotel has a washer and dryer on the 11th floor right next to the lounge area where there’s a microwave you can use and complimentary coffee, water and tea. The only con i had was that there was only one washer and dryer so you might have to wait a bit if someone is using but other than that the hotel is great! Staff is very friendly. The house-keeping ladies were also very nice. Over all the hotel was very clean and the reception staff spoke very good english! i would definitely stay here again on our next trip back!!

When we got there on our first day we were welcomed very well by Lisa, Alice and to another staff (Man). All of them were very polite and accommodating. We had an early check in so that we had to walk around Myeongdong earlier than we we’ve expected. Upon booking our rooms, we requested to make our rooms to be near to each other and they didn’t disappoint us. It became very convinient for us. We also requested for late check out and they let us extend for an extra hour. Tina and Lisa were there to secure our bags while we were outside spending the last hours in myeongdong. The rooms were clean and very well arranged. The housekeeping staffs were also polite, kind and trustworthy. We really love the Lounge on the 11th floor of the hotel. If you want coffee and tea they have it there for free. If you need to browse using desktop they also have it. All in all our experience became wonderful because of Nine Tree Hotel.

Great location and good hotel”
The hotel is located right at the centre of Myeondong and just behind the airport bus bus stop. It is so convenient that I will want to stay in my next trip! The hotel was clean as I’m very particular in hotel cleanliness and the toilet cleanliness and this hotel did a great job in the cleaning. The staff are nice and professional. There is a coin washing machine and dryer near their lounge where u can have a cup of tea or coffee and surf net will waiting for your clothes to be washed and dry. Although the lift is connected to the coffee bean & tea leaf cafe that is accessible by public, security is still good as the hotel guests will need to tap their hotel card before pressing the level of your room in the lift. There is also choices of 9 types of pillows for sleeping comfort, standard room facilities like kettle, coffee and tea, hair dryer and mini fridge. There is even a hot and cold water dispenser at the lift lobby of each floor . Will definitely return again in future!

This is our first trip to Korea with a toddler. Challenges are there but luckily we booked an awesome hotel. Nine tree hotel @ myeong dong is definitely one of the hotel that we will stay again when we visit Korea. A great hotel gives me a sense of welcoming to Korea and we truely enjoyed every single day. Pros: very near to subway line 4: myeong dong station, lots of shopping, cafes, food restaurants, and marts Hotel room is spacious and clean, we got a double room with a baby cot. After occupying the room with 3 luggage’s, there is still space for toddler to run around the room. Toilet is clean and well equipped with decent amenities. Plus points: room has an air purifier and a water dispenser on each floor lift lobby. Cons: I didn’t find any fault this time unfortunately.

You need to read the map carefully to find the hotel, It is actually located in the middle of Myeongdong street market. If you took the airport bus you will need walk a bit and cross the street. When you find Tous Les Jours bakery just go forward and you will the hotel just before Banilla.Co store. The Lobby is at 3rd floor and there is lift so no need to worry. The staff was very kind and can speak english very well. They even upgraded my room for free. Maybe because they don’t have many guest at that time. You can find 7/11 less than 1 minute from this hotel and it is so convenient if you wanna go shopping around Myeongdong Area. If it is too heavy , You can put your shopping bag in the room and go back to the shopping street again. And also I love how it is very near to the bus stop. If the weather is good i prefer take the bus than the subway. But this hotel also so near to the Subway Station so for me it is perfect. I will come back again for sure 💜

Hotel located near to myeongdong subway, easy to move around seoul city. Just below the hotel is myeongdong street, active at night. Staff very helpful and can communicate in english. Hotel room is nice and clean. They will slip a note if you need room cleaning (when you put do not disturb sign). A simple lounge located at level 11 offers free coffee, free usage of a computer and a coin laundry machine. It would be great if nine tree can put a microwave at level 11 lounge. Easier for guests to reheat any food.

we got the triple room and it was really spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. our bathroom came with a bidet and a bathtub, good size too. the hotel provides a variety of pillows to choose from according to your needs :> it is only 2 mins away from myeongdong station exit 7/8 and in walking distance from all of myeongdong. the staff were very courteous and extremely helpful especially when we needed help with ordering delivery food in korean as well as printing documents. i will recommend this hotel to everyone!

My one pick for accomodation in Seoul ”
This is my 2nd stay in this Nine Tree Hotel Myeong-dong. Always Satisfied with how fast the check in and check out procedures and the receptionists were so kind. The Hotel's nice, near airport bus stop & myeongdong stn. The Hotel is right in the shopping area, where u can shop and dine. Stayed on the same floor as the lounge where you can get some teas and coffees complimentary. For my 5 nights stay, the housekeeping service is always so good and the lady is friendly as well. So far the best option for stay in Seoul and I'll come back to this hotel again on my next visit to Seoul. Btw, on the first floor entrance of the hotel's building, I noticed they've installed a machine where we can make a custom tmoney with a picture we want..so I managed to make one as well✌

The hotel was really accessible. One thing that stood out the most were the front desk staff. Our check-in was handled by this lady and we had some issues that required accommodation that were handled by another lady. (Unfortunately didn’t get their names)They were super helpful and patient. Customer service at its best. If the management of the hotel sees this, please properly commend your employees, they totally deserve this recognition. Everything about this hotel was AMAZING. The price, the location, the cleanliness, the staff... My daughter and I just booked one night so we can go to Namsan Tower and it was so worth it. You're smack in the middle of Myongdong for those that want to shop also. We ate at Butterfinger Pancakes the next morning before heading back home. We highly recommend this hotel! Oh, and the toilet seat is warm so great for winter! Lol.

Excellent Stay in Seoul”
Location was really good, only few steps to subway, bus stop, and taxi. Myeongdong shopping district is just at the door step. Lotte Dept Store, Shinsegae Duty Free Store, Naidaemun, etc. is all walkable from the hotel. Hotel is very clean, bed comfortable and convenient with coin laundry, free access to lounge, water dispenser in every floor. I will recommend to others and will definitely stay again next time I will visit Seoul.

The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from exit 8 of Myeongdong Subway Station. I have been to Seoul a few times, and this is the best hotel so far. I will most likely return to this hotel in the future. The hotel is spacious (compared to other hotel in South Korea), clean, nicely decorated and with English speaking staff. As my return flight is early morning, I booked a van from the front desk to Incheon Airport for a cost of KRW95,000 from the hotel.

This hotel is definitely prime location for shopping in Myeongdong. Everything is right off the front door. The hotel room was perfect for our trip. Hands down the reason why I would come back is for the staff. The front receptionist were both absolutely sweet and accommodating to our requests. We were lucky there was room available for early check in. Our flight landed at 4:45am so we needed the rest. There was no language barrier, the front receptionists are well versed in many languages. They were also helpful in getting us a cab and translating for us! I really appreciate the staff here and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for an amazing stay 9 tree myeongdong!!!!!

Very recommended, as this hotel was at the centre of Myeongdong area and very close to Myeongdong station exit 8 and airport limousine bus. Room was clean, everything was perfect also there’s one washing machine & one dryer at Level 11, wish this hotel could provide more dryer & washing machine. We could borrow iron as well. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if we visit Seoul.

This remains one of our favourite hotels in Seoul due to its great location and reasonable price. After so many years, the hotel is finally showing its age a bit, the air conditioner in one of our rooms broke down. Staff was nice and helpful though, and quickly helped us change a room. Will probably return if price remains reasonable.

Checkin is on 3rd floor. We arrivee before 8 a.m. and decided to pay the additional fee for early check in since it was rainy and 28 degrees outdoors. We decided to use our included breakfast from our original reservation after we took our luggage to our roim on the 10th floor. Two comp bottles of water in fridge. Close airport bus stop. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf on 2 nd floor. Location is the best. Myeongdong shopping and eateries in 3 directions. Room was large enougg as a standard twin. Clean, safe, Stayed at 3 other hotels in Myeong-dong and this was the most convenient.

The hotel was about 5 min walk to the airport bus stop 6015. The area is within the myeongdong shopping street so everything was right at your doorstep. The size of the rooms were ok. We can move around freely & open our luggages. The restroom was also spacious with a tub. Toilets are just like the ones in japan with automatic bidet. Breakfast at bonappetit restaurant was also good although not much choices in the buffet. Same menu everyday. Wifi was ofcourse great which my kids really raved.. all in all our stay here was great. Hope to be back here again next year. Winter maybe.

Room is nice, clean and nearby shopping belt. Hotel staff is very friendly and responsible. We call the hotel staff to find out are there any pizza delivery in that area in the morning. At night, the staff still try to inform us that there's no pizza delivery. Even the cleaning lady is very friendly.
